When we attended their presentation, we were promised a free 2-night stay in Branson just for sitting through a short 2-3 hour meeting. The salesperson, Kathryn Stein, talked a lot about how their program would save us a ton of money on hotels and dining. She really leaned into how it would help us make "family memories," which made it all seem trustworthy and appealing. Despite our initial doubts, her persistence led us to sign up.
Since then, things have only gone downhill. The timeshare is always unavailable when we try to book, making it impossible to actually use. On top of that, the maintenance fees keep climbing, leaving us financially drained. This has taken a huge toll on us — we’re now stuck living paycheck to paycheck. The stress has even caused problems in our marriage and hurt our overall well-being.
We feel completely misled by Bluegreen’s aggressive sales tactics and empty promises. We regret letting ourselves be pressured into a deal that has only made our lives harder.
We need this to stop. We’re asking for our timeshare contract to be canceled immediately and for a full refund of all the money we’ve paid so far. Fixing this mess is crucial for helping us move on and get some peace of mind.
