Bluewater UK review: Parking

Dear sirs/madam

I parked in a disabled bay as my father is disabled and presented his blue badge on dash but unfortunately it fell off with out him knowing when he closed the door.. i then receive a pcn from a company called PCM so i write to them explaining the situation.. surprise surprise no sympathy or common sense so want to continue to enforce, i take it too IAS and again they refuse my case.. this is a total scam that bluewater should be watching and managing.. you are allowing this company to rip off motorists .. totally unacceptable..
