I am NOT impressed with this company at all
I am NOT impressed with this company at all. I have ordered from you guys twice before and have not had any problems. However, this past time has been a nightmare. I ordered from you guys on July 30th and was told that my package would come in between August 11th and 20th. To my surprise, I got an email that said my package was in route and was coming in on August 13th. August 13th came around and my package never showed up. When I did not receive my package, I tried to track my order and it said arriving late. But there was no location or estimated arrival time for my order. Before rushing to contact your company, I contacted the post office reporting missing mail that was supposed to arrive last Thursday. The post office is saying that they have not received the package and can not locate it. After contacting the post office, I reached out to your company on three separate occasions. The first time, I emailed customer support asking for help finding where my order is. They said that they will look into it and that there are delays due to covid. I have received no other information from your company and no help. The second and third time I emailed asking for a refund because I never received my product and never received a response from anyone. This is BEYOND unacceptable. I will never be ordering from your company again. Your company has done nothing to help resolve my issues, and have been beyond unprofessional this entire time. I completely understand that there are delays with mail due to COVID. However, the fact that i I paid for shipping and I am now paying for a product that I never received is insane. Like other people have said, there is no phone number to call therefore there is little to no communication with this company.
