On Sunday the 3rd November I visited your ulverston store , minutes before 1 pm I was waiting at the till to be served when another shopper at the opposite till became angry and asked my friend if he's disappointed he can't buy guns in the uk, my friend replied " no, why would I be " the rude customer pointed out that my friend was wearing a MAGA hat (it was presidential elections in the USA And my friend was supporting me Trump by wearing the hat )
The customer continued to make rude comments to the point another customer commented on how rude the lady was.
This continued until my friend and I got served and walked away from the till.

Not one staff member or security asked the lady to stop or leave the store , I brought my friend to ulverston to shop in two reputable stores M&S and Booths , this kind of behaviour from an adult is beyond anything I could imagine happening in your store and I am aware you can't stop all rudeness , but surely your security team could have asked the rude customer to leave.

I brought my friend to your store as in my opinion it's a really good store with great foods and wanted my guest to experience that.

I hope my next visit it a much better experience.
