BOSS REVOLUTION IS A DISASTER!
1) My calls get interrupted ( telling me how much i have in my account and disconnected my conversation) severally and need to start from beginning each time.
2)The App never worked. I was provided with a number to dial first before dialing the international number I wish to call...technically you need to write out every number you wish to cal...are you kidding me at this age of tech?
3) You can feel the struggling customer service personnel..they are aware the service is bad but cannot help it.
There is need for complete overhaul or close the business.

In June, I received some unsolicited text messages from Boss Revolution. Simultaneously several charges were made to my checking account using my debit card number.
I never signed up for this service so I can only conclude that BR obtained my debit card information dishonestly.
I didn't bother calling BR because I'd never heard of them before. Instead, I called my bank's department for cancelling payments. My bank cancelled the charges and issued me a new debit card and number.
Today, I received two more unsolicited texts from the same company, only this time, they called themselves BR instead of Boss Revolution. I immediately checked my debit card account for unauthorized charges and--to my relief--saw none. However, I'm still in suspense.

May 31, 2017. 7:11 pm Eastern Time. I called BossRevolution customer support. I mentioned to the agent to provide the phone number to which to dial for Spanish speaker since I received a SMS from unknown number on which the message explicitly expressed a content from bossrevolution. I told the agent if it was true that the system was about to be changed because I received the following message: "Boss Revolution: Your current Boss access number [protected] will be discontinued. Please use [protected] from now on. For more info http://bit.ly/BOSSHelp" My concern is that the agent has refused to provide such information. I told him to escalate the call to his supervisor so I could feel safe about my personal information. Those who have used Boss Revolution know that BossRevolution ask to save your personal information as it is your credit card number on the website. The agent refused to escalate my call to his supervisor. The agent persistently tried to collect my personal information as info related to my credit card numbers. I accessed the needed info by following the URL path from the message only to find out that the information asked to the agent is public. Hope this is not some sort of scam to swindle people.

Received 2 texts saying I had signed up to this service I've never heard of. Then received 2 robo phone calls as soon as I deleted the texts and blocked them. The following day received another robo call and looked them up to see this is their M.O.
Not sure what the scam is but I'll be letter ny phone company know in case they try to charge anything to my cell phone.

Boss revolution has my account blocked and I had £8 call credit before they refuse to recognize my phone number again. The people on the chat line have requested me to be professional when their service and courtesy are far from professional. One was asking for the card details with which I paid into the app. The least I want now is to have the money back and delete the app pls, thanks

I got a text I erased text. Then got a call in Spanish unknown and disconnected then an automated call in English stating it was a security call and it gave me a pin. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes to finally speak to someone who's says they have removed my number? I asked how did I get this in the first place. He said someone may have used the wrong number. Hmmmm. When I asked how o reach him agian I was told I would have to call the same number and all he would give me was his first name.

mastercard overcharged
I purchased a card on September 14 in the summer of $4.75, however my account was charged 3 times at $4.75 with one confirmation number. After checking my online account on September 15, I called customer service who advised that the credit would be returned to the account on September 28 (14 days later). I checked 21 days later and the credit was not re-added to my account.
I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Anthony on October 5, who assured me that a report will be sent and he gave me the report number advising me that the agent with whom I spoke didn't prepare one, and that I should call back in 24 hours. I called back 72 hours after on October 8 and was told by another agent that the report was still open and I should call again in 24 hours.
My final call was on October 11, where I spoke with an agent for 23 minutes and 34 secs who decided to be rude and route the call to the automated system. I called back and that was repeated by another agent William after 2 minutes and 35 secs into the call. I called a third time and this time a female who didn't provide her name but kept asking how may I help you? Until that call was also routed to the automated system after 55 seconds.
Can someone help me please into bringing boss revolution to justice?

i have my card set up with this company boss revolution for $10 automatic each time run out
i tried to make a call and answering machine says that's my account is in use, it racked up $70 and over drawn my account hit by $70 fee, i called customer service for the issue all i get is run arround .
i gave up and called my bank to solve the issue, this boss thing is scam and crooks and no customer service

So out of nowhere I get two texts in my phone an an automated phone call saying welcome to Boss Revolution. I don't even know who or what this company is. I had to search them on the internet and call their customer service who told me that someone might have entered the wrong number. I think it is BS. I think they are trying to get you to join and some how are getting your number. SCAM

Boss revolution has the worse customer service ever in United States, the moment their representatives answer the phone they are already rude and in a bad mood. Let me re-affirm this, most people who buy boss revolution cards use it to call outside the country and if your customer reps are not willing to talk to foreigners why on earth do u have to hire those irresponsible employees.
they even harrass and embarrass customers on the phone, somebody do something about this otherwise i will take this upon myself to carry this out to all social media to make sure people stay away from boss revolution.

I received the following Text on my business cell phone:

I had no idea who this was and never registered for any services like this. I called and freaked out on them demanding they remove me from their list that I have never registered with them. This is a total scam.

When I started Boss revolution it was not bad as it, s getting now, the customer service we get is very poor and most of the pple they will talk Spanish, Mexican whereby we don't understand. To go to the point today is my 3rd day to get a bad experience en served like an eagle I stayed on the phone for two hrs, most of the Tym the hang up on me or they tell me we gonna transfer ur call and I, m like where to again since I know I, m on the right department. They charged my credit card without mi getting the service at all it, s a long day for me en in my life I never seen this what I, m supposed to do. Yesterday I bought 3 BOSS REVOLUTION CARDS and they give me $7 instead of $9, because on there cards it mention $1 free it means for three cards it should be $9.00 so when I try to make my first call it was ringing but no answer, I tried again with the same number here I was surprised to find less than $7.00, anyway I make my call for 7 minutes, the next day I tried to make another call it says you have $1 and 30C, so I decide to stop with this mafia and to never use it again. Its a crook company

Boss Revolution is a complete scam. Throughout several months my credit card was charged for $80 without me ever using their service. Their customer service is a joke, I spoke to a representative who didn't understand English, he kept asking me what my favorite movie was when all I wanted to do was cancel my credit card that they have on file and they keep charging. He said there was no record of my account and no charges. The only way to stop these scammers is to cancel your credit card they have which is what I had to do. I called the bank and had them sent me a new card. They deserve to be sued!

I had the same situation though my charge was only $5. The customer service department had me on hold for over 15 minutes each time. They basically told me if I didn't have the registered phone number to whoever stole my credit card number, I would have to handle it with my bank (My bank is a 2 and half hour drive away). Their inability to speak proper English is their plea for ignorance and that is completely unethical. They are enabling these fraudsters by taking no action when the victim needs assistance. They should be shut down. I will be making a complaint with the BBB too.
