To me this was my favourite menu item.
I always ordered it.
I am so disappointed you would remove this dish. The Bolognese sauce was awesome and the best sauce I ever had in a restaurant setting.
The meatballs were always great and generous in size. A really nice addition to the dish.
I had this just about every time I visited BP which was a great many times.
I have no reason to go to BP any more.
Sorry but you've lost a faithful customer and Smokey Mountain fan.

I actually previously worked at the Woodbine and Major Mackenzie location under Amit Sehli. I worked there for about 5-6 months and never once received my tip out (I worked as a hostess). When I asked the managers for it (multiple times) they would always avoid the topic or say I would be receiving it (yet never paid me for it). I also helped my friend get a job there as the managers asked me if I had friends who wanted to work there. I let them know before they even met or interviewed my friend (Athujan) that we would have to have shifts on the same day (even if it was just once a week) as I would be his ride to work due to the fact that I lived very far. Athujan himself let them know this during the interview. However after a week we had opposite schedules and when we asked the management about it they decided to discontinue his employment without paying him for the three days he had attended Boston Pizza and worked as a hostess. I had asked the management multiple times about his pay (every time they decided to end the discussion or ignore the question) while working as well as after my employment was done at that location. The reason for the managment to of ended my termination was due to my availability (I had sprained my ankle and was unable to work) as well as hear-say from other workers that I had found another job (which at the time was untrue). I have tried multiple times to reach out to the management through email as well as calling inquiring about if I could set a meeting with the management. Although Amit answered my call and said he would get back to me (he said this while I was employed at Boston Pizza as well) he never did. These are just a few of my concerns with this location. I hope that someone would be able to contact me and figure the situation out regarding my tip out as well as Athujans pay. If you wish to talk to Athujan directly I would be able to provide you with his contact information.

Ordered pizza online at 4:20 PM for 6:00 delivery, called at 6:27 hostess blamed the delivery guy for missing order, made me wait 5 minutes on phone then told me new pizza would be cooked and delivered. Now 7:12 called again and the hostess/manager again blamed delivery guy; said he had 2 other deliveries to do as well - so he was on the road. 7:20 no pizza, would have thought our delvery would have been a priority. Only live 5 minutes from BP. Have 2 hungry kids and still waiting
Update - delivered at 722 - cold pizza - couldnt get anything right tonight
Lost a customer for good tonight, always had a sweet spot for BP being that I grew up near one of the original locations on Whyte Avenue in Edmonton

I ordered a small deluxe pizza about 6:05 PM on April 8, 2019 from Boston Pizza in Stouffville. The on-line menu and the printed menu from the restaurant said it would be an 8 slice 10 inch pizza for $17.79 plus tax. It was ready when I got there and it felt hot. When I got it home we discovered that it appeared to be 8 inch individual pizza with only 6 slices. It was in a 10 inch box. We did not have time to return it hence we are making a complaint. It seems incredible but yet true that we were given an individual pizza. With tax it came to $20.10. We feel ripped off and we are long time customers. My wife said I should have opened the box, but who really would expect Boston Pizza to make such a mistake. I hope you can bring this to the owner's attention. He is a former NHL player with a good reputation in our community.

My parents had a 91st birthday brunch at Boston Pizza in Oshawa Ontario on Taunton Road and the chicken wrap tasted like gum and the chicken was hard as a rock. Senior citizens avoid Boston Pizza. They want young families only.

I maid a online order that went through and after waiting for sometime for that order I called back to to be told that the order was put through after the kitchen was closed. I said to the person "well that's great to know this now".. and was hung up with them. Then 5 minutes later they called my number back to inform me that they were gonna credit my account with $40 for the misunderstanding. So ffwd 2 days later went to order dinner for my family there is no credit to my account and nothing written about my situation and after 45min being on hold still nothing. I have the original order number and every thing. I would like this situation dealt with.

My family was in Boston Pizza in Selkirk Manitoba prior to my sons hockey game on February 12.
When the food arrived my brothers pasta was undercooked and there was hardly any sauce. We made mention to our server but nothing was offered to compensate our dissatisfaction.
We were disappointed to say the least. We hope that with this complaint our faith in your restaurant will be restored.

Went for dinner at boston pizza moose jaw, SK.
Was given dirty plates which were not scrubbed and washed properly, even the tables n carpet all messed up.
Washrooms totally untidy
Talked to the manager but argued and just gave $6 discount when asked for it. Not happy with the cleanliness.

harassment in the workplace
The time I spent working at Boston Pizza was absolutely atrocious. I cannot believe how poorly I had been treated during my short time working as a hostess. I had just moved to Chatham, and I was over the moon to had found a job so quickly. My first day was great, I felt I was doing really well considering it was a Saturday night and it was very busy. I have had experience being a hostess working at a Kelsey's once before so personally I felt comfortable in a fast paced environment. At the end of the night some of the other girls had complimented me saying I did really well and that I seemed like I was a good worker. That made me feel great and I thought I had found a good fitting job. I had worked a few more nights after that until one night that had all changed for me. I came in, put my stuff in the back as usual, punched in and noticed there was a hostess there I hadn't met before. I introduced myself and she wouldn't even look at me. She had completely ignored me and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So I kept my head forward and tried not to let it bother me. Some guests had then came in and she turns to me, waves her hand in my face and says "hello ? Yeah you. Take these people to 117" I was SHOCKED. Not just the fact that she was extremely rude to me, but to talk that way to me in front of guests. I tried not to let it effect me though, I composed myself and took the family to their table. Shortly after that the night started to pick up and it was getting busy. So I started running around and cleaning tables like I normally would. I then went to clear one of the tables on our iPad and this girl hits my hand away and says "don't touch". At this point I had felt she had a personal thing towards me. So I once again ignored it and didn't let it effect my job. For the rest of the night I just did what I was told, seating people, cleaning tables, rolling cutlery. Just anything I could do to help. Until I had walked passed the podium and this same hostess comes up to me, gets in my face and says "So you walk passed a dirty table and you don't clean it?" I was quivering I was so upset because I did not notice a dirty table and I stated that to her. She then snaps her fingers at me and demands to go "do my job". Almost in tears I went, cleaned the table and decided right then if I was going to be treated this way every time I work with this girl I can't do this. I went and got my manager, I had told her everything that happened and she pretty much defended her saying that she treats everyone like that. Once again I was in shock, I had no words left to say and I resigned. I will never work for a big food chain like Boston Pizza ever again, but would like you inform whomever about my experience because I feel it was extremely unacceptable.

I went to the new Embrun Ontario restaurant. I asked for a good wine and received a very gross red wine that was $13 plus tax and when I enquired about it I was told I ordered ordered it so I have to deal with it. Customer beside me smelled it and said it was bad yet the bartender would do nothing. I then got my pizza and as much as I would have loved it it could have been hot and not room temperature. People speak highly of Boston Pizza yet I feel my experience in Embrun Ontario was really bad. To be honest it wasn't my first bad experience as the bar left me for over 10 minutes twice in the same night. I hope they fix things.

I complained about this on May 30, 2018, on my mother's bday dinner. I told the manager who didn't care, nor offered any sort of help or compensation, and then I took to the website where it said I would receive a reply by store manager (which wouldn't help anyway) - but he never called. Basically, I took my young daughter, mom and dad there for my mom's bday dinner, and what should have been a quick family outing turned out to be a horrible experience that took over 2 hours. The server not only has orders wrong, but was always MIA, food was cool by time we got it, mo mother's meal had meat on it where she specifies she's a vegetarian, drinks were not brought out till after we finished our meal, we had to bother other servers cause we could never find our and she never checked in etc. now with time being an issue on a school night, I was annoyed and just wanted the bill to get out of there. again, it took over 5 mins to locate our server and I had to walk over to the hostess to ask for her. The bill was wrong, i couldn't tell her till she came back after another 5 mins, which at that point she argued with me that I'm reading it wrong and that it's all fine. she left to get a machine, I whipped out my calculator on the phone an now pissed cause I WAS CORRECT. She, was no where to be found for a while again so I walked to the hostess again and request a manager...another 10 mins pass (so much time wasted for just the bill) Manager looks it all over, listens to my complaint and says he'll adjust bill. went and got a machine and was back with correct bill. he DID NOT do anything about poor service at messed up food or wasted time...my time. but then I hear him discount 50% off the table beside me for cold wings...bias? I think so. I wasn't looking for anything of that sort but why were there any different? Our bday dinner was ruined, my kid was out way later than expected cause of the lack of service, and I got this fake smile? NOT ACCEPTABLE - treat ppl the same, my situation was worse. Newton location has gone sour over the years. the prices keep going up and the service and food amount and quality down.

I went to a Boston Pizza in to get kids card and they explain to me that I didn't need to buy anything else I could just show the card and get a free kids meal or 5 free kids meal. I was told that even my kids could come by herself and use it. I said you sure nothing else needs to be spent and the guy said no you can spend them all the same time if you want that's what he told me. now I saw it online that I need to spend $16 for each kids meal that I want to take out of the card. I bought 14 cards. So I don't know what I want to know is who's responsible for this.

I went to boston's pizza and sports bar to watch the game. Paid my check and then asked the waitress for change for a $200 for a taxi. She brought me change for a $20 and claimed that's what I gave her.
Pardon me? Change for a $20 for a freakin' taxi? I did not have any $20's! A $200 was the smallest bill I had. That's why I needed change.
Then she bought the manager who claimed that their security camera (a good 50 feet away) could show exactly what I gave her and I should call tomorrow; if it was a mistake he's rectify it.
If he acknowledges the mistake i'll cancel this alert. If not, it's off to profeco.
Note: I do not drink. They can't say I was tipsy and made a mistake. Two waters was all I drank.

Pepperoni PizzaI have been staying at Sherkston Shores resort in Port Colborne Ont. There is a BP's in the resort. We have been there twice this week (BP's is our favourite). The first time last Friday we ordered a pepperoni pizza. It had 1 piece of pepperoni per slice, no word of a lie, I swear on my son. We were so mad we ate (cause we were tired after travelling all day) and left. Sooo mad ! We came back today as we were enjoying the day and didn't want to cook. We ordered a pepperoni pizza AGAIN, explained our issue & asked for EXTRA pepperoni & what came is disgraceful! It had at most 3 extra pepperoni's. 1 piece didn't even have a pepperoni on it. You're establishment isn't cheap, so I find this horribly wrong. And I am so upset. We do not have a lot of money and save all year to come. And to eat here 1-2 times. And this is what I get. $120 combined bill for 20 pepperoni's tops. Seriously ? I sure hope this isn't what your franchise considers ok !
the rude arrogant manager
It was fourth time we ordered same thin crust pizza from this location the only request was well done but they sent us burnt pizza instead ! When we called back to complaint about it to manager named Abdul he started telling us that this is how thin crust well done is, in very rude manner . When my bf told them it not first time we are asking for thin crust and well done but it never tasted like this before the manager started to argue about it and ask us to give back pizza to driver. We waited for one hour for delivery and that's the way how Boston manager spoke to their customer that they don't know taste. After a long argue when we told them we gonna complaint about him to their higher manager he apologized in rude way and said he will send us another pizza .After another long hour we called them back that we haven't received our pizza and it's been like an hour his reply was sorry you guys hung up call and I couldn't take your address again and it's not my responsibility to call you back we were hungry and we didn't had car that night to drive we asked him to again send us now we can wait he said I m sorry I m not going to send you guys a free pizza or even if you come tomorrow to complaint to anyone my bf was still talking when he said have a good day and hang up call . Is this kind of service Boston pizza is doing such mannerless managers who even don't care about customer if they are complaining it's their duty to make them satisfy we even didn't ate our first pizza in order to send it back but wat a service we got sorry you guys need to have good customer helping managers and not like this one.

My Daughters and granddaughter were at the Vaughn location on July 17. My granddaughter's salad had a ladybug in it and when we questioned it, they just said they would give her the meal free. We did not eat our salads. I ordered the Margherita Pizza and was told they were out of Basil (a main ingredient in this type of pizza) and substituted spinach. It did not taste the same. I lodged a complaint on July 20 and received a Notification from Boston Pizza that someone would contact me within 2 days, and to date, have not heard back from anyone. Also, not once did a manager approach us that evening to apologize. We will NOT ever be going back again. This is pitifully disgusting service.

I was at the timmins, ON location, enjoying supper with my family and there was a group of very intoxicated and roudy young individuals seated next to us. at one point our waitress then spoon fed one of the males for an extra tip. it's very inapropriate for a staff member to act this way in a family environment. Just wondering if this kind of behaviour is normal/accepted in your facilities, because my husband and I didn't this it would be. it made us very uncomfortable and dissapointed. Knowing that the waitress thinks this behaviour is acceptable to act this way in a family orriented establishments dissapoints not only me but probably everyone else that witnessed it. I would just like you to realized what is happening and to know that you lost some very valued customers who frequented this store for over 5 years.

Hi there last Friday night me and my husband decided to go for dinner at Boston pizza in Mississauga we got there around 8:30 PM so we sat on the patio took about 10 minutes for the server to come up to us to order drinks she asked if we wanted food so she gave us one menu and said I will be back with one more never came back with another menuSo we looked over the menu we had decided what we wanted another table of about 6 people came out side down she went up to them Took their order before ours finally about half an hour into us getting there she took our order so we ordered our starter in our entrées at once because we didn't wanna wait any longer food came out they brought our starter and our entrées all at once so I looked at the girl and said can you take our entrées back this is our starter she looked at me stunned and took them back when we were almost done our starter they brought out the food my husband Ordered a pasta and asked for chicken to be added so once we started to dig into her meals he looked around and there was no chicken inside so I had to go and find the server and let her know there's no chicken and she said oh there should be I said yes there should be but there's not can you please take it back and get us another one so she took it back and came to us and apologized and said they're just gonna make you a new one this is now about 10 o'clock I finished my dinner my husband still waiting on his I had to go up to her and said you know what can you just put in a to go container As this is taking way too . It was 1030 before we got in the car to go home and my husband has not eaten dinner yet and had to eat it at home this dinner cost us $100 and was so not worth it I will never return to this Boston pizza again I watch the manager come out as the server was struggling and not once did he step in to help her we watch people come out side to the patio and turn around and go back inside because none of the tables were cleared we were there for two hours husband did not get to eat his dinner and no tables have been cleared while we were there Also watched the other Table send about three of their dinners back she also said she was going to take it off the bill which she did not at 10:30 I just wanted to get out of there and decided not to make a complaint to the manager as I really didn't think I was going to get anywhere for me watching this this is a bad business you will not get return customers this way I would never go back to that Boston pizza spending $100 on dinner and drinks I would expect a lot more!
And just one more note when we were sitting on the patio the chairs were the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on in my life so the whole atmosphere made it a very bad experience

Hello there,
Tonight I ordered the Game Night Meal Deal from the Warden and Eglington located at 890 Warden Ave, Scarborough, ON M1L 4R1. I completed my order at 7pm it gave an estimate time of delivery for 7:40pm. At 7:50pm I checked my email for a conformation but didn't receive any, so I went ahead to call the restaurant just to make sure the order went through properly. Once the hostess answered I told her the situation and she placed me to the Manager. I didn't get his name but he acted very hostile and aggressive to my inquiries. At the end, he told me my order just left and quickly hung up. However, I had a feeling that wasn't true. I'm located an 8 minutes drive away from the restaurant and the order didn't arrive for another 30 minutes, which brings us to 8:35pm. I spoke with the driver, who's name I also didn't get but he was very sweet about the situation and he recommend that I email here with the concerns I have (and that the manager I spoke with on the phone is named Greg). When he left and we finally got to eat, our whole order was cold and there was a part missing as well.
So at the time I would like to request a refund for the order. My family and I were very hungry and disappointed with most of the experience tonight.

I brought my daughter to Boston pizza last night for a celebration of her finishing grade 7. The food was terrible, it was so over salted that we both ended up sick. My sister who lives in castlegar also took her family out and was not impressed. I am a single mother and work very hard for my money, this was no celebration and I would like to be reimbursed for our dinner, attached is a copy of the receipt. $17 for fettuccini that was inedible

My son and his friends ordered two pan-cookie pies. The driver had to call to get directions who could hardly speak English even though address was already given when order was placed. When the order was received they noticed that there was no ice-cream with their order. When I called delivery to ask where the ice cream was the girl was rude and stated that she took the order and knows what they ordered. They did not realize that they have to specifically ask for ice cream to come with the order when previous friends had ordered the same thing and didn't have to ask for the ice cream. The girl directed me to the manager who said because they don't have a cooling system they cant guarantee the ice cream not to melt. I requested a refund and they can have the delivery back and they said they cant do that but will send ice cream in 1/2 hour but cant guarantee it to not be melted. ? as with hot food they have a bag to keep things hot, do they not have a bag to keep things cold too? I was very disappointed with the service concerning the costumer service and think you should be aware of customer feedback. Very disappointed and this is the first time we ordered from here.
