Bounty Towels review: Bounty select a size paper towels

My family has been using nothing but Bounty Select A Size paper towels for years. In all of those years we have loved the quality of your paper towels, but recently we have ran into an issue with the tear lines not working at any size! Even holding the roll with both hand and on a very sturdy towel holder we have been unable to tear off a paper towel without jagged edges and much frustration! We much prefer the select a size for small clean ups, but even a full sheet does not tear off properly! It's like there is no perferration at all and we end up pulling at least five towels off and then tearing one off with very jagged edges! We always purchase the large package of 12 double size rolls. Perhaps the paper towels content is different (it is not as absorbent as it used to be)? I don't know the answer, except that I need these to work how they are supposed to work! If it had only been a couple of rolls with a problem we would not have even mentioned it but it has been every roll in the last two packages we've purchased. We hope this matter can be corrected so that my family can continue to use your product. Thanks in advance for taking time to consider a solution to this problem.
