In this particular batch, the towels did not separate at the perforated seams. It would appear this was an error in manufacturing. So for example, when you went to rip off a towel, rather than separating at the seams, it would have a random rip in the middle. So rather than getting a square paper towel, every time i would have a randomly ripped towel of different sizes and shapes.

See pictures below for example. One of the pictures includes the bar code information as well. This was purchased as a case of towels at a BJs in Massachusetts, and I would like a refund. They were purchased within the last 1-3 months.

I am a cook and have exclusively used Bounty in my kitchen for 30+ years. All the time promoting them as the Only paper towel to buy. I ended up with a package of Bounty Advanced, it was a horrible product. It shredded when I used it to cut onions and vegetables on. Ripped in two when pulled apart and did not absorb properly. Wasted nearly the entire package. Then I got a package of regular Bounty and white lint fell from the perforations every sheet. I had to throw away. I bought a new package of regular Bounty and those terrible Advanced things were in there. I want these 3 big packages replaced with regular Bounty or my money refunded. The next best paper towel is M.Mark. how do I proceed?

I have been buying this product for many years and love them . I have always considered them to be very soft and strong . The last package I purchased feels very much like sandpaper ! What has happened to the quality of Bounty paper towels ? I will make one more purchase of this product . If the softness has not returned, I will no longer buy your product

Over the last 12 months I have purchased a fairly large number of Bounty paper towels rolls and have found that approximately 5% of them are cut about 1" shorter than normal.
This results in them falling out of our horizontally mounted under counter paper towel dispensers. This issue only becomes apparent in horizontal dispensers.
I'm guessing that the machine cutting the rolls during manufacture is out of adjustment or incorrectly measuring the length of the rolls before cutting them.

As I was unrolling a few paper towels, I saw this embedded into my paper towel roll, and I want to know why this could be. My wife wants to get this tested to find out what it is. We would like to know exactly what it is and how it got there. We know that it is from the factory, but not knowing if this is some type of worm, is making my wife what to throw out the rest of our brand new pack. Please advise.

A recently purchased 6-pack of doubles turned out not to be doubles at all! The tear lines were for the larger singles! VERY POOR PACKAGING CONTROL! Frankly, I expect much better from this company.

Purchased a pack of Bounty paper towels where you are able to rip a small one or a large one by the perforations but I am having a hard time doing both. at all times its rips at what should be the large perforation and it just tares all apart and forget about wanting a small one, it never happens. This is very annoying and I end up using lots more paper than I want.
I am not able to give you any information because I have already sent the plastic wrapping on its way. Please advise. Thank you.

I bought a huge pack of paper towels at Costco. In the first roll I noticed they weren't perforated accurately. They are the smaller cut - several roll out correctly then I get a long segment of 3 sheets and have to cut with scissors or try and tear. I'm using way more than I want to. The next 2 rolls had the same issue. Perhaps quality control problem? Is this supposed to happen? Maybe I need to read package more carefully? Thanks for advice or information. Lise Ridings

I purchased bounty paper towels for the first time and I am truly disappointed in the quality and I am requesting a full refund. Prior to bounty I purchased sparkle paper towels and I can honestly say they were 100 times better. The bounty towels are cheap, very light and poor quality. I purchased bounty because of its reputation; however, I was misinformed. Please reimburse me ASAP. [protected]

The towels do not separate at the perforations, the towels tear apart. The shredded pieces are mostly unusable. This is totally unsatisfactory and a total waste of money.

We recently purchased a pack of your paper towels 6=12 Doubles and there was at least 3 rolls that were not perfurated and were impossible to use. Just wondering if you had any other complaints involving the same problem?

I purchased a jumbo pack of bounty paper towels from Home depot, 24.95 and something has changed, they aren't any good, soft and mushy ?
They are like generic?
I tried to return them and they said to contact you directly. Can I at the very least get my money back?

I have been using these for years. The rolls in the last package I got do not fit on my wall mounted towel dispenser. They are about 1/2" too short, so they keep falling every time I try and get a sheet off the roll. Did you recently change the size of the rolls? I have never had this problem before and my dispenser is the same one I've been using.

As a long time purchaser of Bounty paper towels I recently purchased Bounty Essentials & found them extremely inferior. Not only did the 2 ply separate, but the towels also failed the Bounty absorption test. They are worse than one ply toilet paper. They are horrible. I am forced to go to another brand because I am so disappointed. Bounty is not an inexpensive brand & I bought double 4 packs!

I don't know what you did to them lately but the product it HORRIBLE!
I've used Bounty exclusively for years and the last multipack was definitely different! I wouldn't mind the pattern difference BUT::::
1)they now don't tear off worth a dang
2)they are as thin as tissue paper
3)they aren't absorbent
4)they are hard and coarse
5)they are more expensive

WHAT THE SAME HILL HAPPENED?
WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE PRODUCT?
BEFORE YOU HAD A QUALITY PRODUCT?
THE DOLLAR STORE NOW HAS BETTER PAPER TOWELS?

WHOEVER MADE THIS CHANGE HAS TO BE FIRED AND RETUREN THE PRODUCT TO WHAT IT WAS!

THEIR ARE TONS OF COMPLAINTS ON LINE AND THIS MUST BE LOOKED AT IMMEDIATELY IF YOU WANT THE CONSUMER TO CONTINUE BUYING THIS PRODUCT
I'M SURE WITH COVID YOUR SALES INCREASED DRAMATICALLY

YOU'VE DONE A DISERVICE TO THE CONSUMER IN ALTERING THIS PRODUCT AND NOT CORRECTED IT!
UNLESS THIS PRODUCT RETURNS TO IT'S FORMER QUALITY I WILL NEVER BUY IT AGAIN AND DEFINITELY SPREAD THE WORD THAT IT HAS BECOME INFERIOR AND DEFINTELY NOT UP TO YOUR PREVIOUS STANDARDS!

Each roll was frazzeled on its end. I was very dispointed with product. Half of each roll i will not be able to use.

Why do my Bounty paper towels smell like mildew? I have allergies and the smell is overwhelming! For the unbelievable cost of this well known product it sickens me!
How are you suppose to use them to clean etc and use for food products when the odor is overwhelming and the fear of contamination is eminent! I want my money back and an explanation for this dilemma! Shame on this company!

I just purchased a Mega 12 roll pack of towels...placed them in my pantry on shelf... put a new roll in holder in kitchen this morning and I believe that the package had essential towels instead of the original towels that have purchased for the last 50+ years...I always make sure I buy the original pack cause I hate the essential ones...Please make these good because they were to expensive to trash...Thank You!

Bought a 12 =30 select-a-size set, but won't rip right. So frustrating. Have pics, but not sure how to send. Maybe below, I'll try!

Warning asked me to add characters, so irritating. Right is right. I purchased select-a-size paper towels and expect them to rip. Is that enough said? If not, I can drone one!

I have been a huge fan of Bounty paper towels for many, many years. I often purchase packs of them when I hit a good sale. I bought 3 packs of 8=12 select a size and now, on the 2nd package, the sheets are not breaking off as singles. Instead, I am getting partial or 2+sheets each time and the edges are not straight. I do not still have the sales slip but the UPC code is 0-[protected]-4.
Would you consider issuing a credit so that I may try to purchase another 3 packs?
