I purchased 2 bags 11.5 oz's each of Peppermint Christmas Nougats on 12/1/22 at Walmart.

The candy looks awful ! What happened to these candies ? We get off centered trees & 1/2 of it is cut off . These r not full candies as shown on the pictures on bags i bought.

For many years I purchased these candies at Christmas...and they were full candies ! We get 1/2 the candy now ?

QC -- Where are u QC Dept ? These should of been dumped or sold as irregulars.

I've worked in food,candy,chocolate industies for 35 yrs. And never would see the products looking like that !

How would u like 1/2 a candy bar w looks like someone took a bite out of them?

Purchase date 11/28/22 Batch #21104JX24W Looks like the actual candy production had a bad day. Most of the candies wrapped in the bag are not a whole candy. The nougat should be round with a tree in the middle. Unfortunately, the nougats are not round and the tree design is off the edge. They do not look like the picture on the bag. They are basically half of candy.

I have enjoyed Brach's peppermints for a long time. I have purchased the largest bag I could find since they are not easy to locate. The last one I bought, a 2 1/4 lb bag had problem with the mints. Many seemed to have been made without the peppermint flavoring. Odd. Every third or fourth one I have eaten had no flavor and I discarded it.

Can they have been manufactured by slipping past the area where the flavoring is added? At any rate, would you send me a coupon for a replacement bag? Hopefully, I'll be able to locate a store where it is sold. Fewer places now offer Brach's peppermints.

I purchased a bag of your Brach's Milk Maid Caramels and although the candy was very yummy it was so hard to get the wrapping off on many of the candies.

The outer wrapping tore off little piece by piece.

The numbers on the back of pkg. are: M5985, scew #[protected] with 21864jx27m - BB Aug 2023 printed on back of package.

Very Serious Quality Control Issues at BRACH"S.

Went to bag Candy Corn for Kids only to discover so many defective pieces. Twinned, chipped, broken, and cracked candy corns. This is freaking disaster so profound that decorum prevents me from uttering those strings of expletives to be hurled at Brach's candy company for this Level of malfeasance, "GET IN TOUCH". Purchased a bag of Brachs Mellowcreme Pumpkins 10/28/22 at 18:27 pm at Walmart. When I opened the bag, there were so many misshaped and unfinished pumpkins, as well as a piece of red candy (unidentified). The cost was $2.68. I bought them to top some pumpkin bars that I made. Very disappointed there weren't enough complete pumpkins to top all my bars.

I love your candy corn and buy several bags of them at various stores every year.

This year 1 bag of the 3 I bought was sour with many many pieces broken. I found a small roundish gel piece in the bag, so something must have gotten in there that was sour. I have the piece and bag if you need them.

I bought this product for$5.49 and thay are so disgusting thay tastes like cardboard and piss like thay took a [censored] in it and thay don't care about it's disgusting there's so much sugar in here that by the time you turn 50 or anything any age if you're giving out this to kids by the time they're 50 they're going to have high cholesterol and other stuff it tastes like it was made in a nuclear power plant

I just purchased 3 bags from Weis in philipsburg pa. Every single bag was melted, clumping and sticking to the sides. I had to peel the candy from the bag.

brought a bag at Walmart they are as hard as a brick the package says fresh until 3/21/2023 number 2081VRX2121 thank you love the autumn candies but these are very nasty you can't even bite them. Purchased on September 18, 2022 at Walmart on Dirksen Parkway Springfield IL. Was totally disappointed in the purchase have been a customer and fan of Brachs candy all my life and never had this problem in any of the candy chocolate or otherwise.

Bought 2 bags of the Brachs milk and dark chocolate bridge mix from menards in Willmar Mn 3193 on 09/07/22 they were on sale for $2.50 each. All of the vanilla creme candies were very hard and dried out, not edible! Chocolate was good but not the creme it was nasty! We expected much better from Brach's. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt. This site is very difficult to use as you say to be short and precise and then it comes back saying it won't be looked at as it's to short. Is this how you get out of refunding my money? Won't buy Brach's ever again!

Hi ! I'm a person whom loves Butterscotch candy, Why is it that I can't find it anymore ? Do not want Sugar Free and nothing else but the Butterscotch. Can customers just purchase directly from the company ? Is this an complaint or should I have gone threw someone else.

I have fond memories of the maple nut goodies with my grandfather. He always had them in his truck and when we delivered newspapers we would eat them. I have eaten them with all my children and grandchildren. I try to always keep them available in the house. In the last few months they have disappeared everywhere, not even on the internet. How do you determine the amount of each flavor that gets packaged in the 7oz bags? I have been very disappointed that the packages I have purchased has over 25% or more of the green ones. That is my least favorite. I like white best with only having about 10-15 pieces in a bag. The picture shows green ones from 4 packages and I have already eaten 60-70

I would usually buy maple goodies in tractor supply and can no longer find them. My husband and I love them! These new ones are not the same! Why in the world would you change?! If you are trying to save money on a cheaper recipe, then you really messed up because now... You won't sell any! You are losing valuable long-term customers! Please bring back the original maple goodies candy.

Please listen to your customers and bring back the original recipe for the Maple Nut Goodies. I have enjoyed them all my life and they were one of my favorite candies. This new (now several years old recipe) is inedible. Extremely hard, could break a tooth, and outside is coating is not good either.

There are thousands of people that want the original recipe back. I will never buy another bag of the current formula as long as I live. I have several family members that agree 100% with me and no longer purchase them either.

The focus group that came up with this disgusting formula should be fired.

Just wanted to let you know that there were pieces of cardboard/brown paper that were in the bag of tiny conversation hearts I bought. I do not think non food items/trash should be in the bag with food. Makes me question quality control and safety.

We play a game with the hearts. Got the bag home from Walmart and there was no writing on them. It's a big bag I'll send pictures if possible. The candy isn't stale or bad in any way, however we were not able to use for the intended purpose. Thank you very much! I have been buying Brach's Lemon Drops for quite a while now and have usually been very satisfied. This last bag seems to have the lemon concentrate taken out of the drops. I just get a sweet taste instead of a lemon taste. The number above the "Best By Oct/2023 is 1249VRX1053" if that helps to locate where made. The number above the scan is 140204 and the scan is [protected] 1
I hope this helps to locate the problem as there may be other bags that do not have the lemon concentrate in them as well. Disappointing!
