Yet another complaint about Breezeline. Have had four technicians here in the last month, for TV and internet. First changed the modem, which did help somewhat, but TV signal was still very weak. Second replaced the underground cable from my house to the pole. Slight improvement. Third blamed the TV portion on my TV set (which did have an issue, as it turned out) but internet was still spotty. Finally the forth technician, who actually knew what he was doing, climbed the pole and determined the signal was bad coming from the street. Told me he would write a "ticket" and Breezeline would respond within 48 hours. Breezeline never contacted me but I was able to "chat" on Facebook (after a 1/2 hour wait). There I was told there was a 1-2 WEEK wait for "maintenance actions"! Been TWO WEEKS now and still my internet goes in and out frequently! As I am very hard of hearing, phone calls are difficult. Did have my girlfriend try to call Breezeline, but the "wait time was well over an hour! Worst"customer service" I have ever experienced and I STILL have no idea when/if I will have a reliable internet service (TV is finally working OK)

Desired outcome: Replace/repair cable coming from the street. Dependable internet service. Credit applied for when I only have limited service.
