problem is that i have received message from your end "SORRY, YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME". the problme has been started by last three months.
Example : today i rechage my mobile by internet banking of total amount 55Rs. but i have received the same message from AIRTEL.

On flight back from Cape Town 02/03/12, they failed to give us food on flight due to bad logistics. On landing they apologised and said they had something waiting for us at arrivals. I went to the desk and received our voucher. I was excited and thought at least we will get a meal. The staff or Captain gave us the impression that we were going to be helped with a food package, but did not brief us on the voucher. So i went upstairs to claim my meal only to find out after ordering the meal the voucher that the food courts upstairs do not accept these vouchers. This inconvenienced myself and Nando's as they supplied a meal which i had to reject as a result, therefore they suffered loss as well. In disgust i returned to the desk and they said no we can use this voucher as a discount on the next flight. Nice help that was. What if i wasn't flying again, then what. I told them they can give it to their kids to play with at home as it had no value to me. Shame on British Airways.
