Good day
As a smoker I had a bad incident with one of your products/cigarettes. The front part of the cigarette just came out of the filter part. It dropped on my couch. Luckily I discovered it early as I could have burnt down my whole house. There was only one hole on one of my couches. How British American Tobacco company handle the whole incident was/is very bad. I was just send a replacement of 1 packet of cigarettes. That's it! I think that is very bad!

I Have opened 3 packages in the carton of cigs. of Red Box Pall Mall. So far after opening 3 of them, there Have been broken ones/or 2. in each package! All they were were filters stuffed in. Cigs. are expensive as they are, I want/need à complete package! How many more are broken, I don't know yet. I am not going to open them all to find out!
I bought them in Maxi, Västerås, Sweden May 2, 2017 Another Number on the plasticitet is 34833.

I have purchased a 10 pack carton of Benson & Hedges Cigarettes from Emirates Duty free shop at Terminal C on 23.2.17. On opening the individual packs, cigarettes appear damp and appears to be very old stock. The Bar code scanner reading indicates packing date as July 2015. This is very surprising and never happened to me before. Also the pack does not have the statutory warning that is standard practice now. Being a non-smoker I didn't notice it as the carton is purchased for gifting to others.

i have been smoking this brand for a while. i have been buying this cigarettes from a sasol garage and the advertised price is R25 but this garage has advised us that Benson &hedges is selling this cigarette for R26.50. I feel that this is misleading to advertise a pack of cigarettes for R25 and sell it for R26.50. Kent Cigarettes - poor quality product
I bought a packet of Kent Menthol and the quality of the cigarette is so bad - the filter part of the cigarette looks like it's been wrapped by a pre-schooler - nothing in the filter is aligned, making it impossible to smoke. There is therefore no way that it can be used. The price of cigarettes increase all the time and one would think that a company that prides itself on quality will produce quality products. I am very disappointed, as it is not the first time that either 1 or two of the cigarettes in a pack is of poor quality, but I've had enough of keeping stump and not putting my voice out there.
Poor filter. And Kent Silver has 6mg of nicotine and 0.6mg of tar, not 4 and 0.4 as they advertise. White is too light and silver is too strong. Why cant you make a brand inbetween with 4 and 0.4 in South Africa.
Bken cigerettes
I opened a pack of paul mall cigerettes and 2 cigerettes were torn on the side like a sideways tranglar tear, I would say that they were done in the manufacturing or packing,

I buy paul mall cigerrettes 20 XL to save money because me and my wife share cigerettes. And because they are XL we got a good half cigarette to smoke each. Now we have to worry if all the smokes are going to be good. Now we have to go back to buying studio's because at least we know all the cigerettes are good.

Not a good product or safe if you have to wonder if your going to get what you are paying for.
I opened pack and I smoked over half and as I got down to the last few there was 2 cigarette's that was torn. They weren't broken, the paper was torn like a sideways triangle. You would and could say it was done in the manufacturing process or the packaging. The tranangle tear made a big hole in the side of the cigerettes which made getting a drag out of the cigarette impossible. The cigarette was ruined.
I always buy paul Mall XL because me and my wife share half cigerettes and with them being longer we can both get a good half cigarette sharing them. But now we have to worry about getting our 20 XL cigerettes that we paid for. Because if they are broke we are not saving money we are in fact loosing money. We my's well go back to smoking studio's king size because they are cheap too and their cigerettes aren't broke. Ad that's what we might be deciding to do.

Worm in my cigarette
in short, i found a worm in the filter of my cigarette. I phone British American Tobacco and told them what i had found. So basically they send a courier to deliver one box of cigarettes and mind you not with a rep to personally apologize but a COURIER COMPANY. HELLOOOO I FOUND A WORM IN MY FILTER major hygiene problem. I Have the pictures to prove it.

Found a string about 75mm long in my product. The product has only been freshly opened. I am Wondering why it is there? And what it's from? If you could give any feedback it would be greatly appreciated
2 packets with the same problem. Not packed properly so the head falls off. The head has burnt my hand and leg as well as chair. This is a major problem as it could cause a fire and burning of body really does hurt and can disfigure people.
I randomly found that the switch already popped, and some how the taboco not blended properly there also some cigarette in the packed with big pieces of tobacco, and now recently found a chipped cigarette got picture to proof it, I bought me a packed of duhill orange packed really considering changing brand
