Many many emails later, and unresolved questions (such as, are all the zippers reversed, or are these items defective? no response) most of the order was returned. The pants were retained, but now see they are cut with too low a rise (and wearer is not fat). Would not recommend. Once told items were to be returned, BS went dark, with no response to follow up emails. There is no phone number one can call. Anticipate a terrible time getting the promised refunds, and will probably have to try to charge this expensive order back. Oh, and note that unlike every other retailer out there, you have to pay to return these items. And note the "women's" gear is not cut for women, these are the same unisex items.
Recommendation: Don't do it.
I already returned the items at my cost. I don't know why the response includes information about returning at your own cost. I received an email, apparently only because I posted a complaint. The email, however, was simply the same script about how to return, where to return, etc. I had already provided the return tracking number, the date it was received, a scanned set of return documents, and my calculation of the refund amount. I requested information on when the credit would be posted. No response to to that core question. This "response" did not respond to my issues, and I await a sizeable refund. Fingers crossed - which should not be the state of things.
And regarding "women's" sizes - the women's jacket has long arms and my wife says is obviously cut for a man. The zippers were backward, as well, not sure what that is about. I asked, but no response.
This is not the experience people are used to in online shopping - I will never order from this company again and regret doing so.
