I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Devil Inspired. I ordered a dress back in June and it was supposed to arrive sometime between July 8th and 15th. Well, it's now August and I still haven't received my package. To make matters worse, their customer service is just awful. I've sent three emails in the past week and haven't heard back from anyone. All I got was a notification from the store telling me to contact the handler for my order. Like, what does that even mean? It's not my responsibility to track down my own package!

I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel like I need to warn my fellow lolita gals about this site. They have a pretty bad track record for sending out the wrong dresses and their customer service is just non-existent. I placed my order 3 months ago on the website www.devilinspired.co.uk. It was real scam, ‘coz they didn’t deliver my order. They provided fake promises and stupid excuses, but in result I asked to return my money back and got completely nothing. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I ordered dress from the website www.devilinspired.co.uk. It cost me about $150. After 4 days I got the email from the seller, who informed me that my size was out of stock and they offered me the smallest size. Of course I refused and asked for refund. They told me that it would cost $5. I told them to return full sum and it was only their mistake. I waited 4 weeks and got only $50 refund. Now I try to get other sum, and I want to warn other people that the company is scam and these people try to scam customers. Avoid them.
