I paid for their services but discovered that some anchors were not properly attached. I tried calling them, but they never got back to me. I decided to use a different phone and they actually answered, which made me realize that they had either blocked my initial number or simply chose not to respond. Eventually, I informed them about the problem, but they still didn't get back to us. It's frustrating because all their phone numbers are interconnected, making it impossible to reach them for a callback. Even the Dade county number belongs to someone who is tired of receiving their calls. I strongly advise against using this business, especially if you anticipate any issues with their guarantee or encounter any problems. BUDGET is synonymous with subpar quality. I really wish I had checked here and other review platforms before making a decision.

Budget Gutters, Inc. is a company that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, they have let me down. Despite their initial promise to come and do the necessary repairs, they have failed to show up. It's quite frustrating because I have a valid contract with them, and they even acknowledged and agreed to it. However, getting them to actually show up has become an impossible task. They seem to be avoiding my calls and messages, and when I did manage to schedule an appointment, they didn't bother showing up. All I want is for them to fulfill their end of the bargain and provide the service that I paid for.

Can't get them to send anyone out to do warranty work. When they do answer the phone, "we'll get right back to you." Over four months, I have repeatedly called for the last four months. When you do get the lady in the office, she promises to get right back to you or have *** call you. What good is a 5-year warranty if they don't honor it? Gutters were installed on 07/19. Can't get them to set up a day to come out.

Improper instullation of gutters to my elderly father's home. They wont return calls and send someone out to fix the issue. My elderly father hired this company to install his gutters. He noticed upon completion they were installed several inches below the proper location. He called the company, who told him they would send someone out to fix. No one ever showed. He called several times, all of which he was told by the receptionist, they would remedy the issue. They now put my father's calls directly into voicemail, and will not come back to fix the improperly installed gutters.

I'm really disappointed with how Budget Gutters, Inc. runs their business. I had gutters installed about a year ago, and now they're leaking! I've been calling them for over a month now, but it seems like they don't care about their customers. They keep saying they're busy working in West Palm Beach and will call me when they're in Boca. That's just not acceptable! The gutters are leaking right at my front door, so every time it rains, both my visitors and I get completely soaked. I mean, seriously, what kind of workmanship is this? When I asked for the manager's name and phone number, the person I spoke to, ***, said she couldn't give me that information. She insisted that she's the only person I can talk to. Well, let me tell you, that hasn't helped me at all!

They assured me that if I paid in cash, I wouldn't have to pay sales tax. I have a receipt stating that I made a cash payment. However, after the first rainfall, I noticed that water was overflowing from the gutter and flooding my yard, causing more damage than ever before.
I immediately contacted Budget Gutters, Inc. and they promised to send someone to address the issue. However, no one showed up even after waiting for four days. Frustrated, I called the salesmen who had given me the estimate and he responded with an unhelpful attitude, saying things like, "What do you expect me to do? It's not like it was a $2000 gutter job." I asked him to get in touch with the owner on my behalf and I also sent pictures of the flooding while it was raining.

The first one was at the end cap, and the second one was at a corner. I called and texted them a bunch of times (too many to count), but they never answered. One time, I talked to a lady at the office, and she said she'd pass on the info. Another time, an employee named *** called and said they'd come tomorrow, but they never showed up. Also, I noticed that the front part is uneven and needs fixing so the water can flow properly. I haven't been able to tell them about it 'cause they don't answer or call back. This is really bad customer service for someone who paid them to do a job. I just want everything fixed so I can move on. It's awful!

On April 9th, a Friday afternoon, a worker named Zack and a truck arrived at my property. Unfortunately, their workmanship was subpar, as they tore down the old gutters, leaving holes in the walls. I have taken numerous pictures to document the poor quality of their work. The gutter leaf catch covers are hanging down, not properly aligned, and even have holes (I have photographic evidence of this). Additionally, the rain barrels were installed in a sloppy and incorrect manner. To make matters worse, one of the gutters is missing, resulting in a significant pool of water on my Florida roof and causing a waterfall effect, leading to flooding inside my home. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, my calls have been in vain. They have called me multiple times to schedule appointments and provide excuses for delays, but no one has ever come to rectify the situation. Today, when I spoke to the same lady, they seemed to have no recollection of who I am. I have kept all written correspondence, pictures, and phone records as evidence. This situation has been a complete catastrophe for me, and as a senior, I feel taken advantage of. I demand a refund or for the work to be done properly.

I thought, "Hey, let's give BUDGET SEAMLESS GUTTERS a call and see if they can help." I decided to replace the old gutters and get a couple of new ones installed.
Well, let me tell you, the worker they sent over to replace the gutter was using a 4x4 and went up on the roof. But guess what? He ended up knocking the gutters and breaking the wood that was supporting them. Can you believe it? And to top it off, when he finished the installation, I noticed there was a gap between the house siding and the gutter. That wasn't a problem with the old gutter, mind you. So what does he do? He just slaps a piece of aluminum over the gap. I mean, really?
And wouldn't you know it, when it started raining again, we had the same issue with overflow on that side. The water just started pouring out through the gap he left. I was not happy, let me tell you. I called the office multiple times, but it's like they don't even want to pick up the phone. They claim to have a 5-year labor guarantee, but where are they now?
I even had an inspector come out, and he agreed that the job was done wrong. He said they would send someone to fix the problem, but guess what? No one showed up. And now they won't even answer the phone. I'm starting to question that so-called guarantee they boast about. It's just not right.

The cost was $1,090.00 They couldn't finish the job because they didn't have all the materials. They said they'll be back next week to finish the job and... they never did. They messed up and damaged my metal flashing while installing their gutters, and this is a new house. They say they do seamless gutters but they use seams in the gutters. I called the office and talked to *** and asked for a copy of their insurance but they don't want to give one. She keeps lying about them coming to fix the mess. I talked to her 4 times and she lied and made excuses every time. Please help me get a copy of their insurance so I can make a claim and get my house fixed and have a real gutter company come and fix the problems.

She just said to be patient, but now I see they don't answer the phone anymore and don't respond to my messages. I just want them to honor the warranty as their sales receipt shows a 5-year labor warranty/20-year material warranty. I paid them when they installed as promised and I'm only asking them to repair or replace my gutters as they promised.

Water ain't draining right from one part of my gutters and I gotta add another downspout. So, I hired Budget Gutters to put gutters all over my house on 4/22. At first glance from the ground, it looked like they did a great job. But when it rained for the first time after the installation, I checked the gutters and found out they didn't put screws in many places where they should have. They only fastened the ends and middle of the long straight gutters, but didn't bother with the screws in between. And to top it off, there was water just sitting there in a few spots, which means they didn't slope the gutters right. After a few calls, I finally got them to put in the missing screws and fix one of the spots where water was pooling. But the guy who did the job said he couldn't fix the other spot and that I needed another downspout. I was cool with that, but they didn't have the stuff to do it that day. So, I called their office to schedule it, and the lady said they'd let me know when someone was in my area. But guess what? I never heard back from them. Since then, I've been calling them over and over, leaving voicemails and messages on their website, but they haven't bothered to respond. That's just not right. And to make matters worse, I actually recommended them to my neighbor, and they went ahead and used them without me knowing that they were gonna ignore my calls.

I asked the worker to turn the spouts away from the neighbors' yards, but folks around here said it didn't look right. I called Budget Gutters multiple times to get 'em to come back and fix it, but they didn't even bother to respond. I had to pay someone else to fix the spouts. When the new worker came, he saw that each spout had four different colors. The bands on the spouts attached to the house, the long spouts from the gutters, and even the end spouts had three different colors. During a heavy shower, I noticed that water was gushing out of three spouts, but barely trickling out of the fourth one. I called and texted Budget Gutters so many times before they finally changed the colors of the spouts. But guess what? The water still ain't going down the right spout, even when it's pouring outside. I've been trying to get in touch with 'em, but they don't seem to care. I even threatened to take this to some organization, but they're still ignoring me. I'm worried that water might be collecting on my roof, but they don't give a damn. I might have to hire an inspector to check it out, and they better pay for it 'cause we've been having heavy downpours lately.
