Within a few hours of an online purchase and before they processed the transaction, I requested a cancellation of the model that I ordered and instead wanted another pistol model. I was told that they had to charge me an additional restocking fee (10%) on the first firearm before they would sell me the model that I wanted, even though they admitted that they had not processed the first request. This coming after I had already made a previous purchase of a carbine just a few days before. These people were rude, uncompromising and totatlly unprofessional, not to mention dishonest since they claimed that at the time the transaction took place this policy of charging a restocking fee was clearly noted on their website prior to checkout; it was not!

You should have checked online and seen all the complaints about Buds, wish I had! They are the most miserable creeps this side of the NC DMV. Buds sucks IMHO and experience. I caught them lying like rugs when they came on here trying to bulldoze me over my complaint. The head creep is this goon named Rex, he is a supposed religious idiot who sits on here all day trading insults instead of taking care of problems. He calls you names then retreats behind the bible like a typical hypocrite.

Just google "Buds gun shop" and you will find how they really treat customers. Complaints like shipping guns that are different than what was ordered, without items that were advertised as included, charging exorbitant "re stocking fees" when they never even shipped anything to restock, shipping guns that appear to be demo guns as new, charging credit cards on stuff that hasnt shipped, claiming stuff is out of stock when they show it in stock and forcing you to contact your credit card company, adding 3% for credit cards (which puts them over your local dealers price most of the time, ) etc etc etc...

Then they hide behind the smokescreen that they arent really "Buds Gun Shop" they are some murky spin off in another KY town, and not affiliated with Buds Gun Shop, but then admit they can get stuff sent to them from the other location, blah blah blah, they are more shady than Enron and Acorn combined!

Do yourself a favor and avoid Buds and his team of creeps.

Did I mention Buds sucks?

Fornboglod, you seem to have a hard on for Buds. I read your original post and then I noticed your 2 cents tacked on every other post on this board. I've come back to read this site to check out other vendors prior to making purchases and decided to check and see what the latest drama is regarding Buds.

All I can say is that my purchases from Buds have been good deals, good products and good service. Buds continues to be on of my primary go to websites for firearms.

I just haven't seen what you preach in my dealings with Buds.

Fornboglod, I also read your original post and you flat stuck your foot in your mouth and deserved to be hammered by Bud's. You just flat out lied in your original post because it clearly states RETURNS before you finish your purchase. If you fail to read it, it's your fault! It's so easy to blame others, to trash talk others, try bring others down when it would have been very easy for you to just look in a mirror! Then in you later posts you try to turn it into poor me, Bud's is picking on me! LOL Dude you need to get a life! Life would be so much easier for you if you would learn to follow instruction and quit taking the easy way out by blaming others. Bud's has been one of the top websites, good products, good services, and some of the best deals! You have just become a pest!

Fornboglod has it bad for buds. It is so obvious after reading all his comments. He tries to instigate every complaint into a long drawn out thing .
I have read A LOT of complaint forums and decided to buy from buds since he has the least amount of complaints, and Forboglod is involved in most of those.
Sounds more like a competitor who bought a gun from buds to start his campaign of slander rather than an honest consumer who would have seen the 100% refund+shipping or replacement Guarantee.
He is hurting these peoples cases by drawing attention to himself. Should go out side bro...

MasterTrader, I totally agree with you 100% with your comment! I've bought from Bud's many times and never had but excellent service from them. The more Fornboglod complains the more foolish he looks but like my grandpa use to tell me "You can't fix stupid"

Totally agree with the post. They had a new gun at $184 and put in my cart and they took my money from my card and 8 hours later they emailed me and said the gun was marked wrong and the price was $418 . I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Buds said they would put the money back in my account but it never happened and had to file with my credit card to get my money back. Still have not got my money back, still fighting. I will never do business with Buds again. They are very dishonest.

While I'll agree with your disapproval of his trip out on buds, the way that they spoke to him was asinine. So far I haven't had a problem, neither has my father, but that sort of behavior makes me nervous about how a business runs. They're a POS business who are treating their clients with disrespect. I get jerks like this punk all the time but I still manage them fine without saying something disrespectful or derogatory. I dunmo, maybe it's a different atmosphere in KY.
