I ordered a driven clutch for a 2002 EZ GO TXT on Thursday night. It was delivered on Monday. No problems with product, and packed securely. I would recommend Buggies Unlimited.

Be warned, if you purchase from Buggies Unlimited you will take total responsibility for the purchase with no support from them at all. If you purchase from their website and use their search tool to identify the parts needed - if the part identified on their site is wrong, they make that YOUR FAULT with no support to return or replace the item at all. How does that work? They recommend a part - you order it - its wrong - they say tough, your fault - you ordered the wrong part! BUYER BEWARE - this company's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

I bought a golf cart cover which I returned on 8/1/19
I bought a golf cart cover which I returned on 8/1/19. Buggies received it on 8/5/19. The post office tracked it and then after saying they hadn't received it confirmed that they did. I was supposed to be issued a credit for $346.65 . Whenever I call I get a different runaround. When I called last week I was told I would get a credit within 48-72 hours. I didn't. When I called today, 8/27 and yesterday 8/26 they said they're still evaluating it. It's in perfect condition and I have yet to get answer from them. It is more than three weeks since they received it. My credit card company is aware of the issue. I would like this resolved ASAP as this is an unacceptable way to handle a return in perfect condition.
