Polina Malchevska Is an absolutely useless travel agent.
I’ve used her services twice and on both occasions found problems
We had a flight booked from Dallas to Honolulu (family of 4) and she books my daughters on a totally different connecting flight.
When contacting her about this she simply shods us off and says we need to contact Alaska Airlines directly- it’s seems once she has been paid all responsible falls away!
I highly recommend that you do not use her!

The agent at BCC was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Family reunions are always complex, but the agent managed everyone's reservations, even though people were coming from different parts of the world and Africa to meet in Europe. He stayed up late and got up early to manage all the time zones. That is going above and beyond his job description. Only two months in advance, but the agent was able to book business class at a 50% discount from the US to Europe and on to Asia. What a deal and he made the reservation process so easy. Would I book with the agent again? Absolutely! Would I book 6 months in advance for the best deal in business class? Absolutely! Thank you to the agent and thank you BCC.

This is the worst experience in my life. We booked flights to Greece before covid hit, but then were unable to use them because travel was not allowed. We were given a credit of only 60% of the price we paid because they said we cancelled the flight? Then we were give a short window to rebook with them again, but still travel was not allowed. NO Refund allowed! We begged for an extension and got an additional 6 months. Now I cannot even make arrangements before their deadline for me to book a flight, we don't know if our destination will allow us to fly in. This is the worst run organization that I have dealt with and hope you don't get trapped like I did and loose thousands of dollars. DON"T do business with these unscrupulous people.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Do not use their services. Flight was canceled to due COVID-19 with airline saying we can get a refund but BCC told me they could not refund my money because my ticket was non-refundable. Airline said it did not matter they would still issue a refund but I needed to go thru BCC. But BCC wants to be me to give me less than the ticket price as a credit that I need to use by Jan 09 and I need to fly thru the same airline. that for me is not an option. I was planning the trip with friends and we cant go. Plus who would want to even go out of the country at a time like this. What they are don't tell you is that they go to a third party to purchase your ticket. They don't even purchase directly from the airline. That right there should tell you something.

My wife and I booked two business class tickets for a trip 2.5 years ago at a cost of $6000. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled by Delta two years ago due to COVID-19. The booking company then requested that I sign a document affirming that I was the one who canceled the flight, which would have entitled them to a cancellation fee of $1500 per ticket. Upon contacting Delta, I discovered that our tickets had been purchased with airline miles belonging to someone else. Delta gave us the option to rebook the flights directly without involving the booking company, which we did. However, they cautioned us that the original owner of the miles could retract them at any time, potentially jeopardizing our trip. As feared, two weeks before our trip last fall, the booking company reclaimed the miles, forcing us to hastily arrange an alternative way to get to Europe. At that point, I resigned myself to the loss of half our original payment and signed the company's document admitting to canceling the original trip. I used the remaining $3000 credit to buy tickets for a different route. I refrained from writing this review until after completing the trip, as I was concerned that I might end up with nothing. In the end, we received two exceedingly costly domestic tickets, along with all the stress we endured over the last two years. I anticipate they will provide an unsatisfactory response, as they have with other customer complaints.

My representative *** worked long and hard to find the best price on a complicated itinerary. When I needed to cancel that trip, it was clear I hadn't taken the time to understand the terms of sale clearly - parts of the trip were not eligible for any credit. At her suggestion, I then took out trip insurance and waited. As the travel date neared, representative *** (*** out on leave) negotiated the best credit he could on the tickets. TWhen a family medical condition put the insurance into play, *** was extremely responsive and provided all the documentation I needed and more to collect on the insurance.
I worked with ***. He was great to work with and responded to my questions quickly. So far so good. Flight is in about a month!

was exceptional in handling my recent reservations to ***. Even after making my business class reservations when I had a question and called him he immediately responded. I was hesitant about checking in online as I dont have a computer and he kindly checked me in. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to my friends.

The issue here is a refund request that they wont do even though the airline said I was entitled to a full refund ..all they want to do is credit ( and that was only after some back and forth messaging!) to another trip...the agents flat out lied when they said they contacted the airline, lied when saying they'd contact me , ...Im reading that industry wide the airlines and their partners are forgiving changes and cancellations and issuing full refunds upon request and this company still says its "policy" is not to do so... this is not right on so many levels..so much more to review but Im still too upset to unload everything here Ill let my legal team do that

I had already researched prices for business class flight on many online sites. She beat all their prices so I booked with her. Worked great...till Cornovirus. Our tour was canceled so I contacted *** about our options to cancel our flight. She immediately contacted the airline & as soon as they answered all our questions she called me right back. She clearly explained all 3 options that we had before us. United was NOT very helpful. But thanks to Melany & Business Class Consolidators we were able to recoup over half of our paid ticket price. United had nothing for us. Business Class Consolidator was understanding & offered us cash straight to our bank account. I can not tell you what a relief it was to deal with an understanding & helpful company...especially ***.

I have worked with these guys for several years now. Always pleased with deals they are able to find. They do everything from start to finish: seats, meals, transportation, and I never had to worry about anything. Having said that, last year two of my trips got cancelled due to Covid, and I'd agreed to a company credit. As the 2020 progressed, and there was still no hope in sight, in all honesty, I got a bit panicky I'd lost the money spent. But, I just rebook a flight for later this year in first class instead of business, and, still have some credit left to use for another. With this review I want to make a point to say these guys do take care of their clients! Special thanks to my agent Joan, who was working tirelessly to make sure the trip is to my satisfactory and beyond. Originally I wasn't trying to get booked in business, but as the airlines kept cancelling flights, changing dates, adding stops she managed to get me a seat in 1st class and on a direct flight. Thank you!

This Company deserves to loose their license. After repeated calls to the Agent and the Company, as well as United Airlines for Business Class tickets paid in full. When Corona happened the Company refused to provide a refund of $6400, and blamed the entire reason on United Airlines, stating their hands were tied. The Agent Crystal who sold us the tickets has disconnected her number and the Company BCC, after weeks of attempting to contact them a Manager by the name of Sophie Bastite (SP) called and told me they would research the issue. Sophie the "manager" advised me to expect a call at noon Arizona time the following day, it is now 5 days later and no word...In the meantime, I have contacted AMEX platinum who has opened a dispute, I have written two letters to United Airlines...NO response. My next step is contacting the attorney generals office in California...Just read the recent reviews on Travel Advisor and they are deplorable. United Airlines should be responsible for this inept CO as they were paid...and they received bailout money for their losses SHAME SHAME SHAME.

On re-planning, we were offered an upgraded trip at a discount. Come March , destination restrictions forced another wedding plan alteration. Contacting BCC, we managed to swiftly rearrange our departure. They were particularly supportive with the fare difference, waiving fees and providing extra credit to ease our financial burden. We endorse BCC and assure satisfaction with their service.

First time using a travel agency and I can honestly say contacting Business Class Consolidator was the perfect solution to the challenge I was having searching for flights that would work for my mom's upcoming trip. It was becoming overwhelming and very time consuming and worst, there was no one to ask any questions, unless you called airlines and had time to be on hold for long periods of time.My mom's plans include a very long flight. I want her to be as comfortable as possible and the travel agent, ***, made it possible! He was quick to respond (call, email and text), provided multiple options for flights and made recommendations for dates. He also was very clear and upfront about the cancellation policy, which given the circumstances we are all experiencing, it is very helpful to know what to expect if flights are canceled outside of our control. *** valued my time, always had a pleasant attitude, he was knowledgeable and I always felt that he went a step further to exceed and not just meet expectations. My wife and I purchased roundtrip Business Class tickets from DFW-FCO. For several reasons including my wife's failing health, the Corona Virus pandemic and the fact that AA was no longer going to operate the nonstop flights we booked we were forced to cancel the flights. Our agent, Melany, told us we should call AA to cancel these tickets which we did. During my call with AA I was told our tickets were 100% refundable which was exactly what anybody would expect given the changes in the travel industry caused by the pandemic. However, I was very disappointed by what happened next. I paid $6732 to BCC and was told I would only receive $4825 for my refund for my tickets AA said were 100% refundable due to nonrefundable "taxes and fees." Taxes are always refundable on anything I've ever returned. BCC claims on their website to be members of ASTA. I called ASTA and was told they were no longer members as of March 31 and that their agency had received multiple complaints concerning BCC. I view claiming to be members of ASTA when it's not true to be fraud. I am very disappointed and think BCC should do the ethical thing by refunding our fare in full. There can be no logical reason to do otherwise.

Here is what they have on contract Fare: Payor understands that tickets purchased through BCC are heavily discounted and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If fare rules allow, cancellations and/or changes to any reservation(s) are permitted up to 48 hours from the scheduled time of departure. There will be a minimum of $250.00 per person processing fee in addition to any fare difference and any applicable fees/penalties charged by the applicable airline and/or recalled by the applicable airline. Fees vary depending on the applicable fare. You will not receive a monetary refund when canceling. Upon canceling, you will receive a credit (less any applicable cancellation fees) towards a future ticket purchase on an international flight of equal or higher value. Such credit will be valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. The validity of this credit depends on the specific fare rules. To review the Terms of Use governing this transaction. NO Where does it say anything about airlines cancelling flights!

On October 12 I paid Bcconsolidator $2691.00 to secure two round-trip tickets on American Airlines to China. We were pleased with the price and the our seats. The Corona virus outbreak caused the tour company to cancel and returned our money without question, every penny. Bcconsolidators refuses to do so. First, they wanted me to sign a document stating that I cancelled but agree to letting Bcconsolidators hold a credit for future flights until October . American Airlines, had suspended all flights to China until the end of April and our flights were scheduled for April 3-14. We got notice from American Airlines had refunded the money $2428.70 to a credit card I didn't recognize. As it happened, I paid BCC $2691.00, with my VISA card, as they refused to take American Express. Then BCC uses their American Express to purchase the ticket, calling them, " processing fees." So, at this point they made $262.30, undisclosed to me, no mention of reason for the fee. Now I am asking for the amount refunded for the tickets by American Airlines in our names, and now they want another $124.70, leaving me with $2304.00 or 15% of the total in processing fees, still undisclosed. Again, the Corona Virus was the reason American Airlines suspended flights to China, we didn't and have a right to a full refund.
