This company is a fraud. They steal people's info and charge fraudulently. Credit card company doesn't refund. Watch out for this fraudulent company, it's garbage.

I bought a thing from Buy Natures and the description was all wrong. I thought it was gonna cost me 39.99 but they charged me 199.99! I called to cancel but they said it was too late cuz it was already sent out. How can that be when I ordered it on a holiday and canceled within 24 hours?

I had the same thing happen to me as Edward. I saw an ad for a CBD sample for $39.99, but they charged me $189.99. I called to complain, but they wouldn't give me my money back. They said they would charge me half ($94.99) and refund the other half to my bank card. This was on September 30th. I checked with my bank, but there was no refund. I called again, but they gave me the same answer and still no refund. They said they were partnered with the 'Shark Tank' TV show, but that didn't help me. It's now October 12th and I still haven't gotten my refund.

09/20 BUY NATURES *** They charged me $199.98 on my Master Card when it was supposed to be $39. They're stealing credit card numbers and charging more money without permission. The product is not what they said it was and they lied about the ingredients. You should tell the *** Attorney General about this company because they're doing bad business.

I bought some chewy CBD gummies from Buy Natures in May 2022. I thought it was a one-time thing, but they kept sending me more packages every month. I didn't ask for them and I don't want them, but they charged me $100.00 for each one. I tried emailing and calling them, but they keep sending more. I'm okay with the first order, but I don't want the other four and I want my $400.00 back. My credit card company said I have to close my account to stop the shipments, but that won't help me get my money back.

I bought some CBD gummies from Buy Natures on 9/4/22 that they said were approved by Shark Tank for quitting smoking. They advertised a deal where you could buy one bottle and get one free for $***. But when they charged my credit card on 9/5/22, they charged me $129.99 instead of the advertised price. I told my credit card company about the fraud, but it's been over a month and nothing has happened. I found out online that Buy Natures is a scam and they never appeared on Shark Tank or got any money from them. I need help getting my money back and pressing charges against this fraudulent company.

On September 10, 2022, I was browsing *** and saw a deal for gummies on Buy Natures. It said buy 1 get 2 free for $39.99, so I decided to buy it. Then, it asked me if I wanted another option, but I clicked no. However, it asked me again and I clicked no once more. Suddenly, the screen froze and I couldn't see the quantity or price. I have a picture of it. I didn't receive an email, so I deleted it. Then, on September ***, I got 5 bottles of gummies from Natural Carriers that I didn't order. They charged my credit card $199.99, which I didn't authorize. I'm disabled and don't get much SSID, so I can't afford to pay for these. Please help me out.

I bought some *** gummies from Buy Natures. I ordered 1 bottle + 1 bottle and it said I would be charged $ *** with free shipping. But at the end of the order, they didn't give me an invoice to show how much I was being charged. Instead, they sent me an email. I attached a screen shot of it. Now they charged me double what they said and added a *** oil that I didn't order. If they gave me an invoice, I could fix it right away. But no, they're scamming people and making them buy things they don't want. I want my money back and I won't order from them again. I think most people feel the same way about this company. They hide their charges because they've scammed so many. Thanks.

I ordered some CBD gummies from Buy Natures on 8/8/2022. They were buy one get one free for $60/bottle and supposed to help with my severe tinnitus. But when I got the order confirmation email, they charged me $129.99 for the gummies and $60 for some oil I didn't even want. I tried to cancel the order, but it was already shipped. I emailed their support team, and we went back and forth a lot. Eventually, I returned the items they sent me, and they said they would give me a refund. On 10/15/22, I got two emails saying I would get a refund, but not for the full amount. One was for $109.99, and the other was for $40. They said I would get the money in 2-3 business days, but it's now 10/31/22, and I still haven't gotten anything. I don't know why they won't give me a full refund.

My wife bought some stuff from Buy Natures and we got it, which was cool. But then she emailed them saying we don't want more stuff, but they still sent us more stuff a few months later. We told them on the phone that we don't want more stuff, but then they charged us $170 for more stuff. My wife called them again to cancel and they said we can't get our money back until we get an RMA number and send the stuff back. We got the stuff and the RMA number, but now they're saying we have to pay to send it back and they might not even give us our money back for the shipping. I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back, but they're all busy or something. Other companies usually give us a label to send stuff back, so this is annoying.

I ordered Nature's One product on Sep 3, 2022. But instead of charging me $40, they charged me $150 and signed me up for recurring orders. I called to cancel, but they said it was already fulfilled. I insisted on canceling, and they partially refunded me $95 and canceled the recurring order. On Oct 10, the product arrived, and I requested a return authorization. They provided me with one on Oct 25, and on Nov 2, they confirmed delivery. On Nov 22, I asked about my $55 refund, and they said it was processing. I followed up multiple times, and on Dec 20, I called and was told to wait for an echeck. I think this company is a scam, and I want my refund.

I bought sum CBD gummies from Buy Natures on September 4, 2022. They charged me $259.99 for 3 bottles of gummies, but they sent me 5 bottles and 2 extra bottles of CBD oil that I didn't want. I tried to get a refund, but they made it hard and wanted me to pay restocking fees. After a lot of phone calls, they said they refunded my money, but they didn't. 08-24-22 I bought one package of gummies and one vape from ***. Later that week I seen my debit card was charged 199.99$ and 60$ from buy natures .which I never ordered from them. They just stole my money

I used my bank card to order BIOLYTE gummies for $39. This company charged me $199.99 on my bankcard. I called within 24 hours to ask them to cancel my order because they misrepresented the price and was told they can't cancel my order. My bank statement shows Buy Nature. Took me hours on the internet lookin for this company. I did screen shot this transaction and found a customer service #. I called, I would never order 1 bottle of gummies for $200. THIS IS A SCAM. And why couldn't they cancel my order? It was less than 24 hours and it is still pending on my statement. I want my $200 back. Ref#B38937524F, Order #***F. This is misrepresentation. They had *** and *** on this website. I am 69 years old and retired. The gummies are for pain an inflammation. I can't afford $200 for gummies. The website said $39 plus a free bottle not $200. I was online and kept seeing an ad for a product to help with tinnitus (ringing in the ear). The produce was for 60 dollars and since I have tried other remedies with no results I figured I would try this. I placed the order and thought I was being very careful looking for documentation that I would not be buying a subscription. I received a package of 5 bottles of gummies and 2 bottles of oil which I figured was a good buy for *** 60 dollars and *** dollars as well on 8/6. I called the credit card company *** Citi Card this morning to block these people from further charges and found out that they have already charged another $*** on 9/7. I called the company on the phone number on my credit card statement to complain and am still on hold after speaking with an agent about this issue forty minutes later. I informed the agent that I will be returning any future shipments with return receipt mailing. *** is issuing me a new credit card and they are aware that I will not pay the 9/7 charge. I need to report the false advertising practice, the false billing practice, and the underhanded way of adding a subscription.

I saw an advertisement for CBD gummies. I had *** and Osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia so I am in consist pain. I've been taking CBD for over 4 years. The advertisement had a promotion for 3 bottles for $39./95 and you get 2 free bottles. I picked that selection but when my bill was completed the total was $259.99. When I called the Ally said that because the promotion was going so well they changed the cost to $39.95 peer bottle. I told her that was false advertisement plus they added a bottle of CBD oil which I didn't want. She said she understood and could give me 50% OFF and I could keep all of it when it came. I told her that was still too much and I wanted to cancel my order. She said she was sorry but the order was already proceed (I literally called them 2 minutes after I placed the order) and I would have to wait until the package came and don't open it just call them for instructions. I told her that wasn't acceptable either because I would have to pay the postage. She said that's all she could do. Then I called them back (and talked to ***) she said this is the address they use but its not actually where they are made. She wouldn't say more than that.
