I recently had an unfortunate experience with Buyers Panel Company, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.
Firstly, the communication was severely lacking. I reached out multiple times with questions about their services, but responses were either delayed or completely ignored. This lack of support made the entire process frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Secondly, the promised benefits of joining the panel were not delivered. I was led to believe that I would have access to exclusive offers and opportunities, but what I received was a series of generic surveys that seemed more like a waste of time than a valuable engagement. The rewards for participation were also disappointing; they were not nearly as appealing as advertised.

Buyer's Panel really seems to have missed the mark on delivering what they promised. When communication is poor, and the supposed "exclusive offers" turn out to be just generic surveys, it feels like a bait-and-switch. If the rewards don’t live up to the hype either, it’s understandable why you’re feeling frustrated. Definitely sounds like they need to step up their game if they want to keep their customers engaged.
