I am extremely disappointed in how your staff at the Edmonton clareview 50th st 137 ave staff handled my situation

I bought my daughter a hair straightener back in July, it was used once, not even a hair follicle in the product went to use it the other day and nothing no heat no power to it

I found the receipt and went to the store for a refund, due to the pandemic I wasn't even sure if items could be returned yet

any ways your staff said I have to call Conair and could maybe get a replacement one

not to sound like a biotch but I work in healthcare and my first priority is not calling Conair to try and replace a product that I bought from your location and that obviously does not work due to some kind of defect when your store could easily refund my purchase or exchange it. My kids and I shop at your location often and this really bothers me.

Something so simple to fix had to be made so difficult during such stressful times
