We ordered a crib on line with the extras. It was ordered July 4/2019 and it said it would be delivered by July 15same year. We phoned the store July 20. They told us it was in Ontario and to call back in 2 weeks. We have called every 2 weeks since. I bought the crib to take stress off our daughter-in-law and she bought the rest. Still no crib. I phoned on September 1 and the lady that answered the phone was rude and arrogant. So we went in on September 2 to cancel the order as the baby will be here long before the crib. They would not refund our money and said we had to contact online services. I'm done and this has put undo stress on this new mother. Between all the items ordered it came to $1200.00 or more. I just want our money refunded there is no way it takes a truck 2 months from Ontario
