My daughter just came inside of one of your store but the scanner went off when she entered, then security went to her and she checked inside her bag and she found a tester perfume from clear-view with the sticker sensor still on it, and the security guard took it and asked her where she got it with a loud voice and she was frightened and the security guard assumed that she was stealing and the security guard embarrassed her in front of the people that were shopping there, The cashier called clear-view and clear-view confirmed that they sold the tester perfume but the guard still assumed that she was stealing and didn’t even say sorry.
Desired outcome: Fix the manners of some security guards
