Leon's Furniture

On Oct 6, 2020 me and my wife went to Leon's store in Abbotsford, BC to look for a mattress set. We met Linda G sales person at the store. We ask about a display model and price on the floor and ask if the price come with everything included. She said it come with mattress, box and standard legs. we ask if the legs shown on the floor. she said no, this is just a display model but advice us it does come with medal frame legs. Oct 9, they delivery us the mattress without the legs. We called the store and advice us it doesn't come with legs so we ask to speak to Linda, she said everything maybe misunderstanding. We went straight to the store the same day, she wouldn't see us to resolve this, and the store manager wouldn't see us. We ask if we can return or refund. They refuse to refund us or return. so we end up buying a medal frame legs for our set. Now the price is much higher than we thought and still no one help us to resolve this. We already left our review on BBB, google, Yelp and yellow pages. Next we will contact Consumer protection.
