In the morning of September 20th I spoke with a member of the pharmacy team to get one of my prescriptions filled. She told me it would be ready at 4:30. I got busy with making dinner and my husband offered to pick it up on the way home. He had worked an 11 hour day and when he got to the pharmacy at 7:30 pm the prescription was not even filled. Now I can understand if this happened once or twice but this had happened only in this store about 6 times in the last year. We never had this problem at any other Shopper's nor Costco where we used to go before we moved. When my husband expressed his frustration a girl named Valentini was very rude and snooty to him. When he got home he was upset so I phoned there and Valentini answered the phone and gave me attitude as well. I asked when the manager was there and she stuck me on hold after 10 mins I hung up because I knew no one was picking the phone up again. I have also been on hold for as long as 15 minutes calling this store only to hang up and call back and get answered immediately so they are just not getting back to people on hold. This has been my worse experience with any Shopper's. My mother worked at one until she was 85 and my cousin is a buyer for one of the stores. Their store would never treat a customer as this girl treated my husband or myself when I called. I hope the owner Shin either retrains this girl or just gets rid of her and her rudeness. I will be calling him on Tuesday and transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.
