11 am to 12 pm in the afternoon,
I have permission from my family doctor to Buy Tylenol 1
But only once or every other month.
My sister went to buy me my tylenol 1, since I could not walk today do to arthritis and chronic pain, but then the male pharmacist quickly walked up to my sister and got in her personal space then started to raise his voice in a unprofessional manner. Talking about me to my sister as if I where a drug addict and then showed everyone in the place of business, on what she was buying for me. I had to change pharmacy to stop myself from being targeted by the previous pharmacists at Shoppers drugmart, but now they are taking it out on my Older Sister. They are also Opening her blister packs and then just taping it closed. They have made it personal. All workers at this pharmacy should be re-educated in mannerisms and proper work etiquette. As a Two Spirited First Nations women, its difficult already to get regular medications at a affordable price. We dont need to be racially profiled as addicts.
Desired outcome: A sincere hand written apology, especially from the male pharmacist. To also never raise his voice to any one. I also recommend Cultural Sensitivity Training. To help prevent any future incidents.
