This happens around 12nn september 28, 2023 in shoppers drugmart 1155 main st. -Danish Zubair Pharmacy Ltd.Im looking for tylenol complete capsule and when i found one i asked quickly one of the staff in pharmacy with eye glasses long hair south asian if she could scanned it quickly cause theres no price sticker showing on the shelve. She then replied “she cant do it and its a drop off area” i told here if she can do it quickly aince shes not doing anything and just standing in front of the counter but she said “No and go to front”. I went to the front and scanned it. I just realized thatbits not fair for the consumer to be reponded like that since she could have done it while shes in the counter in the pharmacy. I went back to her after buying the stuffs that i need and ask her about her name and she said”why? If you wanna complain go complain and im not giving you my name and its not my Job”. Im actually stunned and ask and talked to the manager. The manager says sorry and he said that she will talk to the lady about it and apologizing. I just want to give justice that the staff should be told and reprimand if necessary for being not helpful and arrogant. Thank you and hope shoppers
Shoppers Drug Mart - Pharmacist, black lady that wears a hijab
The store remains closed until this person makes it to work, it’s been closed on many occasions because she can’t come to work on time, which makes me late for my job. I’ve complained many times and still comes in late.. and the store is closed until she comes, she constantly yells at customers, it’s so frustrating to deal with this person, very mean, very rude. I’ve heard her swearing at a customer under her breathe only cause I heard her
Desired outcome: Please get someone else that can make it on time, because she doesn’t care, and it shows, she’s yelled at customers in the past. She does not smile. You can tell she hates her job! Get someone else!
Shoppers Drug Mart - could not use pc points

I requested to use my 30 dollars in PC points. The cashier removed my points, I received an email confirming that, then she tried to enter a coupon but the till would not allow her to enter b/c of the points being taken off apparently. So she voided the transaction which then swiped away my points. So I was not able to use my 30 dollars. She did not apologize, just said " you should get your points back in about 24 hours." When I asked what guarantee do I have- she just nodded her head and said "it's in the computer, or just call the 1-800 number and talk to the PC customer service." She wasn't very reassuring. There was a big line of course accumulating and I was embarrassed like this was my fault that there was a hold up.
I have now wasted 1/2 an hour emailing the PC points program and now writing this complaint for no fault of my own.
I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience.
