My boyfriend and I went to see about financing a stackable washer and dryer unit from this leons clearance outlet in st john and we were told on the first visit that all we needed was a valid id and then we could get the paperwork started for the item that we wanted, we get paperwork started after we gave the proper id and information that we needed to get approved and halfway thru doing the paperwork the computer stalls and the man that was helping us had to get assistance fixing the issue from a colleague over the phone and then we get to the part where they asked what our income was and then after we gave it to them a few minutes later we were told that our application was declined but we werent given an explaination as to why was asked about it other then this sometimes happens but I dont believe that this is right we should have been given more explaination then that so we could figure out how to correct the issue but we were just told it happens, I dont think that is very professional. Could u give me some insight on why this is what it is please.
