Shoppers Drug Mart

Too whom this may concern,

I am writting to you today as I would like to resolve an ongoing issue As I feel that I should not be banned from bancroft shoppers drug mart.

Last year during covid I had decided to move my child and I to the country and out of the city away from covid as much as we could and only going out very little such as, the grocery store and the pharmacy litterally!
I would pay a friend and have him drive me every saturday on his day off work and I would get everything done in 1 day and get it over with for the week and go home.

Well, I had to make shoppers drug mart bancroft one of those weekly scheduled stops and at first it was great I would show up and the pharmacist would call me over and get mine ready and I had stated this will be every saturday then came one particular month I could tell the pharmacist was not himself he kept talking about his own personal life along with other things they had done that week. So, I had thought we were very friendly with eachother up until one day that he did not seem himself at all he seemed off and just did not want to be their, did not seem to want to do anything and just stood reading 1 page over and over as I watch him do it and he had another couple who were sitting in the 2 chairs off to the side waiting for their perscription also I waited for a little while just standing their looking around it must have bothered him so he came over angry and said "its going to take at least 30 minutes to and hour" I said oh wow really that long and looked around at all the people around me and thought to myself oh wow! Their was a women who I know very well standing behind me listening to everything hw qas saying to me which were very rude comments tgat dis not need to be said at all and I felt as if he just wanted to keep arguing with me so he could have an excuse to van me from going to that pharmacy on his day eveey week I just felt as if he did not want to do his job and felt that by working weekends it would be less work which is sonething he had said to me at one pount which is a rwason I had made a complaint to shoppers drug mart bancroft over the phone. He then went back to his area where he was doing a perscription then came back a few minutes later stating it would be at least an hour and to come back so I left and came back an hour later with my young child as I can not find a babysitter on saturdayd so as we waited outside as that was my very last stop and needed to get my persceiption before I went back out of town so I go back in and stand by the counter the pharmacist then comes baraling over to me at the counter very angry I was back already and said he hadent gotten to it yet, I stood back and said really? And then thats when he got angry went back to his station area and started making my perscription and continued to say things to me that I could not hear or understand what he was saying then he come out to me with a piece of paper stating I was banned and not allowed back to the pharmacy on saturdays when he was working their because he had found out from his manager as he stated to me that the week prior to this I had gone home the saturday before and called and complained about the things he had said to me the saturday before that and did not like it so decided to ban me from the pharmacy. Then, I went into shoppers drug mart a few weeks later, on a week day and they came up to me after I made my purchases and wanted me to sign a white piece of paper stating I was banned from the entite store which to me did not make sense I did nothing wrong to the pharmacist at all, the manager is angry with me because I had gone onto the shoppers drug mart review page and stated what had happened and they did not like that so they decided to ban me, I had deleted the review and left no review but they are still harrassing me about not being allowed in the store when all I go into shoppers drug mart in bancroft is to buy pull ups for my child and to buy the odd toy or gaming cards which are very hard to buy anywhere else in bancroft. I have been told that the pharmacist does not work their anymore and this was over 6 months ago so I would like to resolve this issue so I can continue to shop and support my towns store by purchasing from them and not other towns.
