Husband had operation and was prescribed an antibiotic and pain med. when I dropped the prescription off at 230, I was told to come back between 4 and 430. I waited until 5 and went to pick up prescription. Girl at counter stated they had put the prescription in for tomorrow. I explained I needed it now. The girl loudly stated “I put it in the system to have done now”. “Our system was down for 4 days so you are lucky I am doing it”. I sat down and 1hour later, I got back in line and when I approached the counter, the girl asked for the name and when I told her, she did get the prescription for me. I explained to her that I was told to come back at 4 or 430. Her response was “yeah, yeah, yeah” ”You and 75 other people. I just took the prescription and left. Extremely rude.
