I went to buy truetaste milk3.25%which was on sale there was no limit mentioned either on flyer or not even near the product in store. I grabbed 4 bags and went to the teller as I get there she scanned and said there’s a limit of 2. I said it doesn’t say anywhere so I said you do 2 and rest I will do it on self check. She called in manager and told her that she will do 2 on the self check out. Manager straight up said to me we ban people like you from store very rudely. I mentioned to her that it doesn’t say anywhere about the limit and she said oh well in the flyer it’s mentioned store has a right to limit the quantities. I totally agree but they have to mention it near the product so people don’t grab more. And then moreover she humiliated me by saying if you are not agreeing with store policy then you should come to our store. Such a humiliation for customer they bring up the things to cashier and get to know there’s limit and when raise an awareness that she should ve mentioned near the milk that there is a limit of 2.
