Hi! I live in the area for more than 6 years and regularly use shoppers drug mart, if not daily at least 5 times a week, the manager lady is a very rude person in general but I have seen her yelling and being mean to the other ladies who work there, she seems annoyed everytime she is at the cashier, if I ask for lottery tickets she clicks her tongue on me or roll her eye, she looks and feels frustrated everytime and it makes me feel uncomfortable, and I highly doubt only me... The other day she was at the post office too and I just wanted to get a quote on the shipping cost in general, I ask her to measure the box and the weight is gonna be 2kg, it wasn't working by her opinion so I put my hand on the box to make about 2kg weights, she told me she said it wont work with a rude glare, she wasn't helpful at all, I really would like if someone could talk with her to not make peoples so uncomfortable. Thank you
