I have never been so rudely accosted at a Shoppers Drug store before today. I arrived at cash and asked if a checkout was open and the employee said only for cash. She was very rude about it and suggested I complain to head office, I asked for her name. She removed her name tag and refused to give me her name. She then practically threw me out of the store.
Now, if she has been getting hasselled by customers all day about having to use self checkout, I BLAME HEAD OFFICE FOR HER ATTITUDE. it wasn't a very pleasant experience and I'm considering moving our RX'S to Rexall. We can still get customer service at cash there. Shame on you.
Desired outcome: Better customer service .
