I bought the Darron Table set and chairs in June 2020 and no more than 5 months after the manufacturer's warranty expires, the table leg fell off and is no longer attached to the glass table top.
I was told to go to the hardware store to find a solution. This was unprofessional and unhelpful as you are the vendor. We do not need to seek additional advice from a furniture store on how to fix furniture that was purchased at your store. We have a young baby and this is where we have family dinners. This has now become a hazard in our home. we have to push the chairs in to support the table leg and prevent the glass table top from falling.
This table is not a quality table it is cheap and flimsy, the screws provided by the manufacturer are too short to connect the legs of the table which is why it broke in the first place. The table top is glued to the legs and it detached from the legs causing it to be a hazard.
Desired outcome: I want a replacement ASAP
Leon's Furniture - coffee/end tables
We purchased coffee and end tables in December and when it arrived it had scratches and damage to legs on coffee table and end tables. I showed the delivery guy and he said it was as is where policy, so I called the London store and they sent out a person to look at it ( it was a manager special and was not as is where is, paid over $750.00) said they would replace it, that was 6 months ago ( still nothing) . We will NEVER buy from Leon's again. We also purchased a leather couch set that took three months to show up and the sales lady told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks. This store is the worst place ever. Too bad because we been loyal to Leon's since 2002.

these is to inform i but a mattress at leons furniture on the 10 mar it was deliver few's days latter a week latter o notice the mattress was getting lower at centre of the mattress it got worse today left the mattress to turn cold not do it mattress only can be use from one side i was not were of it, , , , , , the mattress not in order that can be use my old mattress is in the garage have to use it for now i went to leons in london becouse i did not buy the cover they offer no help now mattress is 1 month old one can expect a mattress last longer then that it have to be same defect mattress don't last 1 month the centre of the mattress is one hold i hope there is something can be don i have 6 months to pay if no help is offer
im not going to pay for 733.37 for a mattress that i can use i only pay wen order by the court my credit report is good is not better because business like leons i all ways pay my bills but if something is not don these one well go to collection
bs ... im 74 years old house paid for and few hundred thousand in the bank i don't need credit any were

Leon's Furniture - power recliner and indifferent manager
Purchased a Lana power recliner for my dad for Christmas on Nov 9, 2018 for 569.99 and was assured by the salesman Kirk that it would be in around the first week of December. The second week of December I called the store to check on the status of the order but had to wait for the salesman to call me back. He called back and noted the recliners would not be in Toronto until the week of Chritmas and by the time they arrived at the London Store it would be after Christmas. I went to the website to get a picture of the chair to find the recliner is now on sale for 299.00. Called the store and they refunded the difference. A Leon's flyer in the mailbox with an advertisement for the recliner I had purchased saying delivery starts Dec 20th. I called the store and spoke with Kirk again and asked why it said Dec 20th when they had no stock. Kirk said flyers are made up to a year in advance. I replied that most business would at least have a retraction on their website noting the error in the flyer. After Christmas I went to the store to speak to someone about what was going on. After chatting with a person at counter she got the manager Jaclyn Sammut. All she did was give me more excuses and was very dismissive. When I mention the flyer and how this violated the advertisers code of conduct her response was our legal department will take of that. Oh and the website now says delivery starting Jan 4 which I mentioned and her response was that's the web department responsibility. At no time was a reason given for the delay. If she is an example of the mangers at Leon's they all need a course on interpersonal skills. Worst customer service ever.
Never ever buy anything from the store in London Ontario. They should remove 'part of the family' from their slogan and try taking responsibility for their actions.
The recliner is still on sale and their is no inventory in Canada and it will be 4 to 6 weeks before any arrive. I cancelled my order and will never buy anything there again.
