We purchased a love seat and rocker chair in September 2020- the special order items are stated to take 12-14 weeks for delivery. We received the loves eat in March 2021 which is an impartial order as the rocker has been delayed for delivery from January, to February and March was promised and now it is has been advised that it will be May. This is an outrageous delay in delivery time.
Desired outcome: Chair delivery

I would give this location, their staff and their management negative stars if i could. I have previously purchased living room furniture and was sold on their credit card with 0 interest but if you've been considering it, its absolutely not worth dealing with such a company. Sept 12 2019 I had gone to the store with my family for a VIP Customer appreciation sale. We were told of a promo - buy a living room sofa and get two throw pillows valued at $100. Aside from this we had purchased a few other pieces of furniture including recliners and a twin bed with mattress. I was told to wait 2-3 business days to receive a call, 4 days later and after trying their customer service line written on the bill "[protected]" to book a delivery date and no one picking up a single call, I physically went into the store (big waste of my time and gas) all to book a date for delivery. Finally delivery date is Sep 24 2019 at 1pm. I receive a call saying delivery is moved to 3:30-4:30pm (mind you i had taken the day off), only for them to arrive a little after 5 and surprise surprise they don't even have all our furniture. My 3 year old grandson had been told for over a week that he was getting a new bed as a birthday gift only for us to receive a foot board of a bed. Again after myself and my daughter trying to contact the customer service line and NO ONE PICKING UP, I had to physically go into the store to tell them parts and furniture was missing. I arrived at the store at 6pm and was there until 8pm, strung along the entire time for a mistake this company had made only to be told the bed wont arrive for another 2 months (how do you go out of stock of a headboard and rails when this foot board is part of a unit) and if i chose another bed they would discount me $100 but i would still have to pay close to another $400 difference. Why the hell would I pay an additional $400 after LEONS messes up my order? LET ALONE THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT OF THROW PILLOWS and I wouldn't be able to receive it because the sales agent didn't write it on the sales slip and mind you, THIS WAS THE PROMO FOR VIP CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ESPECIALLY NOT AT THIS LOCATION. all the staff are always standing around like they are allergic to the phone, i suggest you dealing with Brick or Bad Boy - worst customer service ever!
Leon's Furniture - the glass top dining table I bought 2 years ago is now wobbly
My glass top dining table with wooden bottom planks is shaking and wobbly since the past two months.i complained on the website at contact us information but sadly got no response. I purchased my entire furniture from Leon's when I moved here assuming it's of great quality. I would like you to please exchange the dining table as the current one being wobbly is casusing discomfort. My order number is 10026MIIGDC as evident from sales invoice below.
