I'm a loyal customer with Enterprise Plus RFY29XT. Waiting for a refund for 14 days now. Renting cars every other week since the COVID pandemic.
Feb. 5, 2021, Reservation no.2FJCC4, I offered my credit card which has rental insurance on it, but Service Agent @ 4700 Dufferin St. said the card was no good. And quickly asked for my debit card, which I gave to her. She quickly processed the transaction, then advised me after that it would take 5-10 business days to get a refund on the hold of the vehicle.
Immediately, I cancelled the entire reservation on the spot it after paying for the daily rental on my debit card because I realized there was No car rental insurance on my debit card. I did not drive the car off the lot. Just walked away.
When I requested a refund, I have spoken to both RJ and Tony at the this location several times since Feb. 5th. No cheque has arrived in the mail.
Its Feb. 19th, Today they tell me there was a problem with my mailing address! and I should be receiving it sometime next week. Just feels like I am being given the royal runaround. No one is taking my refund seriously.
Desired outcome: Refund
