december 26, 2024 i was given a truck (full size) instead. with promise i could get my SUV ASAP.
to resolve issue i had to place 3 calls in 4 days, and nothing!
calling to complain resulted in insulted my customer service staff at enterprise with patronizing and argumentative tone/attitude.
had to use UBER!
returned on december 29, 2024 and i was charge an extra day! and at a higher charge.
