On 18/10/05 ordered a sectional in Walnut Brown told it wouldn't be in until early Jan. We understood that. Told then Jan 16 it would arrive. No couch no call yet. Called back Jan 17 now we were told not available until Feb 17 at this point we were just over 4 months. FInally we were told it arrived on Feb 14 in Brampton we asked for Feb 16 or 23 delivery, but they would have to call us back. Feb 20 no call back at this point it's going in the almost a 6 month wait. 2019-02-19 email sent No response. 2019-03-20 sent an email with pictures attached as it arrived with a stain on the arm and the one part twist when reclines. No response. We spoke with the manager he didn't seem to care. You can see through sections of the couch. Our fabric is discoloured in areas. Someone needs to look at it to understand the twisting when reclining. We are very frustrated customers. If we had known it would be such a complete hassle we would have gone else where. We have been lied too, incovnienced. My phone number was left in each email not 1 person responded. We want it fixed or replaced if need be. Compensation for all we went through would be appreciated. We need someone to respond ASAP.
