I bought a couch faux leather, I live alone... No children at home.. No pets hardly ever sat on the couch, it's only 5 yrs old... And it's peeling... Contacted leons in orillia and of course nothing they could do... So very dissapointed and won't ever shop there again and will tell all friends and family... You can tell by the photo that the couch is not been abused...
Dissapointed customer

I don't know that, "you can tell by the photo that the couch is not been abused." The photo only shows the damage, not how it got that way.
It appears to me that the couch was made with "bonded leather, " which is a very cheaply made product. The results in the photo can almost be expected under very little use. If one wants the product to hold up, full grain or top grain leather is what you should ask for. Be expected to pay a higher price however.
