I scheduled an appointment last week for today at 1 PM only for my confirmation to be for 10:30 AM which then I switched around my entire work schedule to make it to the appointment only to arrive 45 minutes early for the pharmacist to tell me that the appointment that I had scheduled had not been fulfilled correctly and that they had only seen one out of the six items I had asked for. I then had to rebook the appointment in store only to be told they don’t carry the prescription that I need and that I would have to go to a different pharmacy I arrived at a different pharmacy only to be told that they had no communication with the previous pharmacy that I had visited and that they would have to reschedule my appointment yet again for 2 PM . I’m very frustrated given that I have to reschedule my workday as well as walk to both locations which one takes me 45 minutes to walk to and the other about a good hour and a half from my house, the disorganization is absolutely disgusting especially when it has to do with medical needs. Still awaiting my appointment and I’ve also Been informed that all of the things I had requested prior to showing up for the appointment when I had booked it had not been on my case file as it should’ve been
Desired outcome: Proper training for one to good customer service because the person I had spoken to was very disrespectful and continue to interrupt me while trying to explain why I needed to make an appointment
Shoppers Drug Mart - pharmacy
On submitting a prescription I ask the clerk if she carried a medication on the script she checked it was in her hand the when it was for it was fill incorrectly. When I returned and ask why they they were out of the medication in that quantity. They Lied to my face. For what reason I I'm not sure but probably that they could make more money twitch more quantity but it was a question of safety that it was prescribed in that way.

Everytime I schedule an appointment for COVID/FLU shots for my family the appointment time is never honoured at this specific new location in Mississauga Eglington West (Glen Erin). The other locations are more efficient. In all cases I come early but that doesn't matter. The pharmacist never honours appointment times and is very rude. Shoppers Drug Mart needs to train their employees on customer service. It is lacking severely in this particular location. The pharmacist is rude and her support staff are extremely slow. NOT efficient whatsoever.
