July 28th I booked a flight, paid for a PCR test, and requested an appointment with Shoppers drugmart at Westgate shopping centre. I received an email informing me I would be contacted for a screening and to book the test. My flight is Aug 10th, meaning the test needs to be taken ether aug 7th or 8th to fit the appropriate window. It is now Aug 5th and I have not yet been contacted. When I called the pharmacy to address this oversight, I was put on hold for almost 2 hours before the call was finannly dropped, leaving my issue unresolved. If Shoppers is unable to meet it's obligations, it should not be (exclusively) tasked with those duties.
Desired outcome: I want my test appointment
