Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been shopping at Shoppers for years. Today I went to 10800 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill. I had too many things in my basket and I went to the cashier and the person said he is only accepting cash and for me to go to self checkout. I told him that I will pay cash then he said I have to wait for another customer who was not in the line. I was forced to go to the self checkout. There were 3 terminal and they all were in use. However I waited and scanned all my products and purchased it at self checkout. Then I went to this cashier and asked for his name as he was rude and did not want to service customers. He said his name is Dennis and he is the assistant manager. When I told him I will make a complaint he said thank you. This is disappointing that customers are treated poorly and forced to go to self checkout. This happens today September 7th 2021 at 8:45pm.
