I went to pick up my prescription on April 26 around 4pm roughly, the lady helping me couldn’t find my prescription that should’ve been ready. I wasn’t able to wait for my prescription, so she said it will be delivered later this evening. 7:50 PM I called and asked if my prescription was still getting delivered, and they don’t know what’s going on. They blame it on a glitch in the system. It isn’t the first time this pharmacy has lost my prescription. A few months ago I asked for all my prescriptions to be switched to a different pharmacy. Everything got switched over besides this one. Now I’m dealing with this. I’m not the only person that has dealt with this.
