Shoppers Drug Mart

On October 13 I went to shoppers drug mart to have a flu shot administered. On entering the pharmacy area there were 3 or four lines in progress none of the clients were clear as to which line was for the flu shot registration, covid test, prescription drop off/pick-up there were so many people, no room for social distancing. I waited for 45 minutes till I finally was noticed by the clerk who requested I fill out the form I had just filled out on line. I informed I have a code number TADL593X she then sent me to the prescription drop off counter where I waited another 30 minutes when it was my turn the student pharmacist walked away walked to the fridge tap on the fridge door then he continued to walk the perimeter of the room he then walked over to a new customer and helped her then he headed back to me. I then said to him I was here in line long before she came he replied I know. He then verified all my information using the code number and I was then instructed to wait in line. 90 minutes later I was called in. while waiting in line the pharmacist had administered needles to a family of 4 and another customer and did not change her gloves, I asked her to change her gloves she became very irate and stated Im going to. she changed her gloves and sanitized her gloves. she had a syringe in a basket, I asked her what are you giving me? she stated flu vacs. she also stated let me do my job I am very busy and have no staff to which I replied "knock yourself out" I then inquired about written confirmation of flu shot she stated let me do my job Im very busy I then replied this is not my fault do not take it out on me at which time she proceeded to insert to insert the needle into my right deltoid but did not inject the flu vaccine solution. I waited 3 hours and still did not get the flu shot instead I was humiliated, demeaned, ignored and insulted. thanks shoppers drug mart
