Food Basics

I have gone to the Food Basics at Gerrard square yesterday in order to get a sale for Timothy's coffee at $10.99, they didn't have any and this was before 9:00am. I was told that the coffee would be re stocked tonight for tomorrow. I went in today, again before 9:00am, yet again, no coffee. So, either I was lied to or the coffee was all gone by 8:30am which means that I don't get to have the sale, but neither does anyone else.

I am a regular customer at this location at Gerrard square at about 3pm on Sunday December 18 2022, a staff working in the flour section who refused to giver her name assaulted me with a huge metal rack and shoved it at me. I spoke to the manager and he also refused to give me her name , staring security reasons. She is a white woman who is about 5'2 and large build. The only white woman working that day. After speaking speaking the manager he took my name and phone number and I made my purchases and left. Once i got outside the same staff woman who assaulted me was out side of the front y entrance smoking a cigarette and she three the cigarette at me, this is when a physical altercation ensued. I spoke the the manager again and he was of no help pedestrians had to stop us from fighting. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever endured at any retail or shop.

July 11, 2019 afternoon Gerrard Square Mall Food Basics, a plain cloth female without her ID card approached my wife and accused her for shoplifting. English is my wife's second language, she tried her very best to let her know that the products were from Walmart with proof of payment. A man came out from Food Basics joined with his female co-worker asking why my wife raised her voice and demanded an apology then went back to Food Basics without checking the receipt and called mall security.
