I purchased a 2nd generation AirPods Pro at the 360 Bloor St W location in Toronto on the 7th of June using 200k pts+$108. The unsealed box at the time of purchase made me uneasy, but the cashier assured me it was normal. I had the manager sign my receipt for reassurance. However, after 2 weeks, I noticed sound and connection issues. Apple confirmed that they were fakes w a real spoofed serial# programmed. When I approached the store, the assistant manager Rowena was defensive and dismissive, instead of extending empathy and understanding, she cast blame upon me, insinuating that I was at fault. I presented her with the store receipt signed by them and the document provided by Apple. Yet, she callously dismissed these pieces of evidence, asserting that the store was incapable of making such a mistake. Astonishingly, she refused to address the issue of why the serial # of the device they sold me didn't matched their inventory records, despite that number was written on my receipt by their own employee at the time of purchase.
In a feeble attempt to address the situation, Rowena promised that Aman the store manager would conduct an investigation and personally call me the next morning, I waited and received 0 communication whatsoever all day, so I visited the store once again after a gruelling day at work. To my dismay, I learned that Aman had already left for the day. It was painfully clear that his store defrauding me of $400, whether knowingly or unknowingly, held no urgency for him. A quick phone call, a simple text, or even an email seemed too much to ask for. I was told to call a 1800 number which I did, only to be informed that the extent of the investigation and the level of attention given to my case was at the discretion of the store manager.
Can someone from the head office please reach out and help me in a meaningful way? The lack of support and integrity displayed by the store after defrauding a loyal customer should not go unnoticed or unchallenged.
Desired outcome: please replace with a genuine unit or refund me. would also like a apology from the managers at the store for treating me so poorly and not honouring their words.
Shoppers Drug Mart - Public washroom access, including children when necessary.
I used to shop at a lot of Shoppers Drug Mart, However due to the rudeness of some of the Managers for the use of washroom with childrens emergency I have stopped giving my money to them.
My child being 10 years old needed to use the washroom very badly (dire need due to bladder infection). we went in to get medication and asked the night manager if she could use the washroom, very arrogantly stated we dont have washrooms, so I tried to explaain the situation and we were even in there to get medication. He could care less, so I stated I guess you run a slave shop with employees doing their urine in the alley way. His remark was cant use the washroom and go across the street to the supermarket that is open. The manager at this location (bloor and Spadina) I believe should learn manners and maybe learn to keep customers. now my whole family and friends have stopped using shoppers drug mart. I am sure when he gets older or his elderly parents need the same service he gets whats coming to him. by the way I shop at that supermarket now although it is way out of my way. Loyalty and Customer servicce go hand in hand.
Desired outcome: Appology from the night manager personally to me and my daugter and this to be rectified for future patrons. maybe even hiring people that are competent and compassionate which wont make you lose customers.

Very rude customer service. She ignored me when I asked her for help, and later accused me of stealing while she was holding the product in her hands! She was yelling and she threatened to call the police if I don't purchase it. I could not reach the store mamager today but I'll definitely file a complaint against her.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
