The manager of the front store at the store where I work has little respect for people, their downtime, or their private lives. Simply put, the scheduling is atrocious. The new weekly schedule is only announced with a day's notice, giving you little opportunity to make plans for your life outside of work. Hours will be reduced by her without warning. She continually pressures the already overworked staff to take on additional shifts. I am always expected to do overtime. I rarely even know what time I'll be leaving for home. These schedules were intentionally created with gaps by the boss, forcing you to work overtime well into the evening. If you tried to take your entire break, management team would show contempt for you. They encourage you to take a shorter break before returning to work.

My hours were never properly recorded. Instead of having them reflect what she was asking of us and the time we put in, she would go in and modify them based on however she felt about us that day, ultimately continuously taking money out of our paychecks. She makes everyone else carry out her duties while she sits at her desk and checks her phone or simply stares at the cameras.

She bullies and humiliates the staff by screaming at them in front of customers and making them cry. She is untrustworthy, gaslights and lies make herself seem better. The management team will mistreat, abuse, and put you in an awful situation so that they can have something to pick away at you for. No constructive feedback, only snide remarks and backhanded insults.

By fabricating thefts and damages, she continues to con, scheme, and steal from the store. In the interest of power, she breaks rules and regulations, but head office won't act appropriately and fire her.

There is a high turnover rate due to inadequate leadership and a disgracful work atmosphere. There is a tendency to hire colleagues belonging to the same nationality, leaving little opportunity for development for any other individual. This oppressive work culture disregards people’s qualifications, talents, and feelings while exploiting their vulnerabilities, resulting in mental health issues and PTSD. Eloise Rita Cortez-Sta Maria is the worst boss I've ever had in my life.

Good afternoon

I have a prescription which has been really hard to find, I have called over 15 places so far, so I started faxing the prescription with the message "Please call me if you have this medication."

This lady, Lucia Bertelli, called me to say that what I was doing was "illegal", she was really rude.

That's not the way people should be treated while searching for their medication.

I'm really upset, and I'm sure it's not illegal to ask questions.
Really really upset.
