I had changes to my insurance and so I needed to update my information. While I am aware there were issues with the insurance the lack of communication from the phamacist assitants and their ineptitude made the process even longer and more frustrating. I needed to get my medication from the pharmacy and had changes to my insurance and so I needed to update my information. When I bring in my card with the information the pharamacy assistant made an error in my date of birth and so my insurance could not be processed. She told me it was an issue on my end and that I needed to call my insurance who later confirmed the date of birth was correct. So the next day I go in again to try and work things out and I hand my card to a different assistant this time and he then tries to run my old insurance that they had on file instead of the one I gave him for a solid 20 minutes and when I asked him if something was wrong he replied that he was running the old insurance and when I corrected him he said he was just doing his job. They finally figured out what the issue was but their lack of communication into what was going on made it feel like I was pulling teeth through the whole process to get a sliver of information delivered in a rude manor. I will be considering changing pharmacies if the quality of staff does not improve.
