Ordered a SECTIONAL on June 25th 2021, expected delivery of October 2021.
Got a call from Leon's on July 15th saying it was in. So, we sell our furniture we had at the time, to make room for the new sectional that was to arrive in the next few days.
A COUCH was delivered on July 20th. When we contacted Leon's to advise of the issue, they stated their sales associate entered the wrong piece of furniture.
Leon's expected us to pay the difference between the couch and sectional after admitting it was their mistake..
Our SECTIONAL was now pushed back to November for delivery.
Called Leon's on November 8th as I hadn't heard anything. They said "oh it is not going to arrive until FEBRUARY". I was NEVER contacted to advise of this new delay.
Our solution was to temporarily use the Floor model, as we have family members literally having to sit on the ground, as we do not have enough furniture to accommodate us all. This was an immediate "no we don't do that." We stressed that this is LEON'S fault, as we were told our furniture had arrived, so we sold our furniture!
Now, we still sit in the same situation and wait for this sectional that will take upwards of *8 MONTHS! * to arrive.. if it ever shows up.
The manager at Leon's gave me an email to send my concerns to. I have emailed twice, and yet to receive a response. WHAT A JOKE. I will continue to attempt to get a response.
Absolutely horrific customer service, and no care for customers. Extremely disappointing and frustrating, to say the least.
