Sir,
I am a regular customer of buying dairy milk chocolate of Rs.40 only, because it's flavour and thickness of the chocolate gives the best taste and it's taste remains on the taste buds.
But from the few days chocolate is not in a proper condition. There are white shots, and texture different in the chocolates and the chocolate are approx 9 months old. So I want to know is this condition is because of the climate or any other reason because now it doesn't taste well.
So please help me out of this and give the reasons behind this.

Recently I bought a box of Cadbury Celebrations worth ₹ 100/- . When I opened the box and unwrapped the chocolates one by one I was shocked. All the chocolates had something whitish all over them and it seemed like I was eating some kind of plastic . The taste was completely different. I am totally disappointed and I would never buy Cadbury Celebrations ever again.

I've been a consumer of your products since literally forever, but over the last couple of years I've seen a gradual loss in quality of your products. Especially the chocolate bars, their prices have hiked up but the quality is on a downhill, first your chocolates started having this weird whitish layer on them, which I had never seen before.
If the temperature makes that happen, why did this start happening in the last couple of years? And never before that time period.
I didn't like that at all, but consumer your products anyways. But this is just ridiculous.
I bought a chocolate bar from a store nearby, and it has literally fungus growing on it, it's not that whitish layer, it's even more disgusting. There are some little buds growing on it and the chocolate is so brittle that you can crush it into powder with your fingers.
At first I thought that this could be just one store that didn't store them properly (even though it was in a super marked stored in the refrigerator) I gave it the benefit of doubt and forgot about it. So today I went to another shop and got a bar, this time a 40 rupee non-silk bar, and I got so furious!
This chocolate had the exact same type of fungus growing on it, it looked disgusting and not fit for consumption.
I am never buying any product cadbury again. This is totally disgusting and unacceptable from a multi national company like you.

And will expired in feb 2019 but before about 4 months it gets infected by bacteria and i have clip of it
Cadbury is a big brand so we all believe on it but really i am getting afraid now from seeing that kind of thing i just hate this brand and i hope from my thing bad experience many peoples are aware about it

I think we should check the quality by herself not by the date that companies show us...

I purchased Cadbury dairy milk which from shop and when i opened it, it was having fungus and Germany on it.I am going to complain about this on "CONSUMER COURT" and make sure they take strict action against your company.This is totally intolerable as you guys are spreading poison to consumers.I provided you the pictures of your dairy milk, check it out and irony is that it's still under best before manufacturing date.

Every items were damaged and with whitish covered. It seems wax are mixed up. And the taste is fully different. 1st, we didn't understand. Gave others to eat these. That time we didn't understand. Now I left 3 items. Unpacked one Dairy milk, it is fully white like waxes are mixed with this. At first I thought these are Fungus. I have taken this in my hand, it was melted. Fully waste of money. I have already contacted you and been contacted in regards to the first 2 blocks i opened. was told that they cant do anything about the 3 unopened blocks until i opened them. i now have opened them and they were as gross as the first 2. they tasted odd. no creamyness to them like they should be.

I threw out the first block i opened but have photos of the other 4

My husband bought a few chocolate bars and when he arrive home he discovered that one of them was half and he couldn't give it to the special person that he bought it for.
I have pictures of the bar unopened, as evidence. I still have it unopened if I need to return the bar.

I would like to bring to your attention the disappointment that the purchase has brought to my husband on the day.
Please may I request that you reinstate the love for your items so that he has faith in your products again?

I would like to draw the attention of the authorities that I have been frauded from a most reputed company "Cadbury". As I bought a Cadbury celebration pack from a retailer in India and it was sealed pack when I bought. But after when I opened it came up that it contained 6 products of Cadbury's instead of 7. I did attached a photo so as to show it and I ain't of a person who blames anyone just for my perks. I just want them to look upon the products more precisely.

Ths dairy milk is black from boundary nd green fungy as well.on it inside the wrapper . some gummy stuff too. It's horrible to c dairy milk like ths nd hav nvr seen bfr lik ths ever in my life. Feeling so bad to c product lik ths even . Finding such product seems Cadbury quality is a big question mark now.i nvr expect ths from such a big brand a fungi product. Wats happening to the quality of the product ? How come the management is getting poor day by day?

Dear Sir,
I am a evertime admirer of cadbury and its all products. but it is very much dissaponiting these days regarding the cadbury chocolates as it happened to me last 3-4 times. I bought a cadbury dairymilk yesterday. When I opened the sealed packet which was not expired, I was shocked to see fungus growing all over it. It was really a bad experience. kindly have a look on the attached pic. I would appreciate if you pay attention to these stuffs.

Worms in dairy milk silk bought it before 2 days only evn it's not expiry
My kid had the half of the chocolate suddenly what I saw there are worms in chocolate
I m so scared now I feel I need to rush a doctor
I hope I won't face a major prblm in my child health due to this rubbish product
It can be so dangerous for health
I will never buy such rubbish product in future

I just wanted to let you know that I no longer buy cadbury's chocolate here in corona, ca since your company has changed the recipe and it just tastes so nasty, like the american hershey's chocolate which is disgusting! Why would you change a good thing? Why fix what's not broken? Seems there are a lot of complaints about the altered taste. Very sad. Please go back to the old recipe!

on the 11/06/2018 I was eating a slab chocolate at night while watching movie.
as I was enjoying my chocolate I came to the second last row of the slab as I was sucking the chocolate I realised something inside the chocolate and to my surprise I was sucking a plastic in a Y shape inside it and it cut my tongue.
I was so furious as I was really enjoying it.
I can just thank the Lord it was not my child who had the chocolate otherwise she would have chocked in it.

please see that this don't happen again. as I am very fond of cadbury chocolates.

Cadburys chocolates:

What concerns me is the chocolate ingredient is being watered down by using 'fillers' (substitute vegetable products) which alter the taste and appearance, across the range the chocs you buy contain only 20% chocolate, the rest is the fillers mentioned. Another huge problem is using deceptive packaging to hide the true size of the goods and value of the goods being bought and their reshaping of chocolate bars to reduce their contents, in simple terms choc-bars are being trimmed 33% by this bar-shape deception, they still look big, but its a con, another growing problem is cadbury's chocolate is not made by cadbury's but some licensed agent called mondelez. If it says modelez on the packet don't buy it, its not cadburys but mondelez foreign-imports products.

In conclusion I would say "do not buy any chocolate from anyone, the chocolate trade is now a rogue traders domain," they charge a dollar but only deliver 20 cents of goods. It's time they were boycotted world wide. A number of other complainers have mentioned the poor quality of the chocolate and alleged contamination, I do not share their views, all cadbury's goods leave their premise in perfect condition and no blame can be attached to them for a retailers storage problems. Goodbye cadburys - we want chocolate bars not razor blades.

I am maanvesh jindal from punjab. I like dairy milk chocolate very much. I am huge fan of its taste and uniqueness. I used to gift dairy milk chocolate to my family members and friends on different occasions.

I live in hostel of bits pilani, pilani campus (a second year b. Tech student). I used to bring boxes and boxes of dairy milk chocolate with my all friends. We used to eat chocolate together.

But recently an incident changed my mind about dairy milk chocolate after I found my many dairy milk in the worst condition that I can never expect. The chocolate seems to be eaten up by some type of microorganisms.

Actually I brought these chocolates for my sister before coming to home after completing my 2nd semester. My sister got shocked when she opened the first packet of dairy milk chocolate. She was shocked in such a way that it caused my all family to get shocked a lot. Then my mom told me that this might be the new variety with new taste. But I was not satisfied by my mother's explanation that such a large company can't release a new product without even a single advertisement. Then for confirmation I opened the second packet, the same thing shocked all of us. Then after two days I opened third packet, same happened again. Then after one more day I opened a small pack the same thing was happening again and again. I and my whole family was very annoyed with the good quality brand dairy milk. It was for the first time that it happened with us. Now I am sorry to say it caused a lot of dissatisfaction to all of us including my friends when I discussed with my friends.
I am sending you the pics of dairy milk chocolate that I found when I opened the packets. I still have 2-3 unopened packets as a proof. These packets seem to have same type of condition when felt by touching fingers.

Resolution: return or refund more than actual return value due to all type of inconvenience.

Paid r56 for a 500ml catbury hot choc. On 16.04.2018. The 500ml was half full in the container. Been winter this was the only product available at spar the reeds centurion. Also not the first time that this has happened. Will never buy it again. Total rip off. Take a lesson from nestle and compare your product with nestle. Total dissapointment. And catbury will not get back to me.

I reside in johannesburg. was travelling to durban for family visit. stopped by at woolworths - king shaka international . purchased 5 bars of cadbury's slabs (diffferent flavours) of chocolates. the top deck slab is white at the back and uneatable. still have the receipt.
this is the 2nd instance of bad chocolate with top deck. i also purchased a slab at the pick n pay - mulbarton (johannesburg) - this exact same thing. not sure if i dispensed with the till slip
is there a batch of bad or rotten top deck that was manufactured and selling at the stores?
really unbelievable that it's the exact flavour of chocolate. Still have both slabs at home.

Hi. I bought one of your bars in tesco in ballinasloe Co.Galway Ireland. When i opened the bar there was a big hole in the top and all the caramel had leaked out and i also couldnt get the wrapper off either. The bite i took out of it was horrible and nearly made me sick. I hope you can help as i am very disappointed with this and i regularly buy your products. I have pictures as prove attatched.

Packaging date on the chocolate is Feb-18
It has been 2 month from packaging and the colour of chocolate has been totally changed it has been totally whiten with power.
within 2 months if this is the situation of the chocolate than whats the meaning of giving expiry date on it (best before 12 month)
If you could not preserve it for 2 month no use of manufacturing if stop selling the chocolates and stop playing with health of children's.
